I booked my ticket at 7:53 PM and contacted customer support to cancel it at 7:57 PM after realizing my mistake. I assumed I had a 24 hour cancellation window and was not aware they charged a EUR 35 cancellation fee. Even though I requested the cancellation only four minutes after booking and asked if the fee could be waived, they refused.

They are involved with travel up, Dangerous, not only will they not return my refund, they then took £528 out of my bank account to pay for a ticket with Air India. Scam Scam nasty please do not use, particularly when travel is unpredictable at the moment. You will be ripped off

I booked a flight from Tokyo to San Francisco with a layover in Honolulu. I received an email from Hawaiian airlines that my flight was cancelled and that I should contact them to rebook. When I got through to Hawaiian, they confirmed the flight was cancelled but that I would have to go through martiGO to rebook. When I called martiGO they assured me the flight wasn't cancelled. After much arguing, the representative said she would call Hawaiian to confirm, and then just hung up. I never heard from her again. I then spent several hours trying to reach another person at martiGO, but never managed to. Long holds that were eventually disconnected, most calls just got dropped immediately. I eventually emailed asking for help and got a response just reassuring me yet again that the flight was not cancelled. I called Hawaiian again and they get again confirmed that it was in fact cancelled. So now I have purchased another ticket on a different airline so I can get home. I have still not been able to get through to martiGO after 10 hours of trying. I can't imagine a worse experience and I emplore everyone to avoid this travel agency at all costs. I don't know if I will be able to get my flight refunded or not.

I have booked a flight on Dec 31 and my credit card was declined due to bad CV but unfortunately the site still took the money and issued me a ticket dated January 9 th and definitely the expected me to call to cancel so they charge me 30 Euro plus taking the money from my card without my permission

Better book directly with trust travel agent

Terrible customer service will never use them again to alter anything costs 50% each time avoid at all costs

I purchased flight tickets Martigo, fully paid, and even received boarding passes. However, upon arriving at the airport, we were told our tickets were invalid because Martigo’s agent had canceled them because their system due to security reasons cancelled it.

As a result, we missed our flight, lost a non-refundable hotel booking, and had to buy new tickets and bus transport. Martigo’s system apparently mixed up payments after a failed Apple Pay attempt — but I completed the booking correctly with my credit card.

This caused us major stress, financial loss, and wasted time. They also don't want to pay any compensation and accountability. Never buying again.

Bedrag van EUR 1.630,33 wegens een geannuleerde vlucht na een half jaar (!) nog niet van MartiGo teruggekregen, ondanks veelvuldig vragen. Zeer moeizaam contact via de klantenservice en een flink bedrag weggegooid. Niet via MartiGo boeken!

Fast and easy booking

I have to give a good rating to martiGO as their computers found me a fantastic last minute ticket at an unbeatable price.

I had some worries about it though as I realised after purchase that it was on two PNR codes that were shared on both inbound and outbound. This worried me that I might not be able to check luggage all the way through to my destination. As it turned out, it was fine and I was able to but clarifying this was difficult. A call to martiGO (answered quickly!) didn't confirm matters even though the person I spoke to was helpful. In their defence, phoning both the airlines involved in my booking directly also resulted in responses that were no better. Everyone I spoke to had a different opinion on the matter.

The flights went fine at the end of the day and I thank martiGO for an amazing priced ticket.

Booked flight and paid then 10 minutes later cancelled my booking for no reason.

Cancelled flight and you didn’t sort an alternative so I had to book another flight a week in advance by myself. I also want my £480 back.

Made a booking and got a confirmation with flight details. Noticed that luggage was added only for the outbound flight. I messaged WhatsApp support where they said it cost €50 to add it now (it was £12.5 on the website where I made original reservation). They said there are additional fees now with on original website. I logged in to SunExpress site and bought 20kg luggage for €34.99; instead of €50 they tried to charge me over WhatsApp.

The experience is great.
