Fantastische en voorbeeldige service plus veel kennis van zaken. Ze hebben mn auto vlekkeloos ingeklaard en geïmporteerd! Ze nemen de tijd om al je vragen te beantwoorden en houden je op de hoogte zodra ze een stap verder zijn in het invoer proces.

Ik raad het iedereen aan!

Mijn contact was Mitchell Schilperoord en de mate waarin hij het voor jou als klant opneemt heb ik als uitzonderlijk ervaren; zeer aan te bevelen!
Bij zijn afwezigheid ook enkele malen contact gehad met Laura en Mark en ook zij zijn bijzonder behulpzaam en snel met antwoorden. Topbedrijf!

Marlog Europe heeft me snel en duidelijk geholpen met de douane formaliteiten, daarnaast ook vlotte en duidelijke afhandeling voor de NL-kentekenafhandeling.

Zeker een aanrader!

I absolutely do not recommend this company.
The transporter delivered the car 100 km away from the agreed location, claiming they were unable to reach me by phone. No solution was offered and there was no commercial support whatsoever afterward.
I am genuinely shocked that in 2026 customers can still be treated this way.
I paid over €400 for this transport — and this is the result.
Disappointing and unacceptable.

Onlangs had ik een richtprijs nodig voor het importeren van een motor vanuit UK. Binnen een uur reactie met een complete prijs. Helaas wogen de kosten niet op tegen de waarde van de motor. Was dat niet het geval geweest had ik zeker zaken gedaan met Marlog.

Absolutely amazing company to work with. Have been doing so since over 10 years and couldn't recommend more!

Vervoer verzorgd door Marlog in samenwerking met een van hun gespecialiseerd contractpartners. Erg tevreden over uitvoering en geboden verzekering.

Excellent customer service. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Highly recommended and a special thanks to Laura and Mark for their professionalism. :)

Super service. Doordat andere transporteurs het lastig vonden om onze lage auto’s te transporteren nu 2x last minute bij Marlog terecht gekomen. Gesloten of open transport was geen probleem en ze werken met bekwame transporteurs.
Snelle reacties en offertes via mail/app/telefoon en alles keurig netjes geregeld met transport van A tot Z.

Our experience with Marlog Europe was nothing short of a disaster.

Pickup: they promised to collect the car multiple times, but failed to show up—without even notifying the seller, who was waiting for them at home. I believe it took them 4 attempts before they finally managed to show up to pick up the car.

Drop-off: they were unable to provide a delivery date. Then, out of the blue a driver calls us on a Sunday night saying he would come to drop off the car within 1 hour (car was driven from Holland to Poland, so plenty of time to let us know in advance). Luckily, we were home that night.

THEN, somehow they managed to LOSE THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE CAR. I asked the driver about them upon delivery—he claimed there were no documents and that Marlog would mail them later. That turned out to be false. After an investigation, Marlog concluded that they have no idea where the documents are. Of course, without the documents I can't register the car.

All of the above is amply documented with emails and witnesses.

Based on my experience with them, I would warn against hiring this company.

EDIT: to answer to the reply below--these are lies. I have emails, witnesses, and Whatsapp chats to prove it.

"there is no proof given that the documents were given to the transporter" is unacceptable.

Even if I didn't have witnesses, do they drive cars around Europe without documents!? They said having the original car registration was a requirement to transport the car, otherwise I wouldn't have left it with them and I would still have it.

I would say that this reply is even worse than the service itself.

Uit de review maak ik op dat u het heeft over Marlog Car Handling, dit is een heel ander bedrijf dan Marlog Europe. We vinden het vervelend voor u dat u een slechte ervaring heeft gehad met Marlog Car Handling, maar hier kunnen wij als Marlog Europe helaas niks aan veranderen.

Echter staat er op uw eigen website het volgende:

U bent dus gewoon een dochter onderneming van Marlog Car Handeling

Wauw wat een snelle reactie anderhalve maand later.. Geeft opnieuw aan dat het jullie totaal niet boeit

Ich habe eine sehr positive Erfahrung mit Marlog Europe sammeln können. Daniël hat sich um alle Sachen gekümmert und konnte immer alle Fragen beantworten und eine Lösung finden. Ich bin froh meinen NSX über Marlog importiert zu haben und kann die jungs nur weiter empfehlen.

Prima geholpen en snelle service! Ik ben uitstekend geholpen door Daniël!
