Unfortunately I fell for a 100 dollar scam . Jacket arrived much different from advertised, poor quality, it doesn’t even fit my shoulders. Attempts to return don’t exist. The email address they present at the website doesn’t exist.

Metto una stella perché non posso mettere zero. È un mese che aspetto una tuta invernale e a fine febbraio non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. A maggio di sicuro non la metto. Questa non è serietà.

Pessimi rispetto ai tempi di consegna.

Purtroppo mi hanno derubato dei soldi dell’acquisto e non si sono più fatti sentire. Non acquistate assolutamente da loro e’ una truffa, ho dovuto sostituire la mia carta per prevenzione, non si sa’ mai…

diffidate totalmente dall'acquistare su questo sito. Vendono prodotti falsi spacciandoli per originali. Inoltre la merce ovviamente non viene consegnata. Ho fatto un ordine il 22/01/2026 e ancora non si vede nulla. Il loro servizio clienti continua a ripetere che ci sono problemi con la spedizione....ma sicuramente non arrivera' mai piu nulla.....stateci alla larga

Pessimi, ho ordinato il pacco il 28 gennaio ad oggi mi hanno detto che ci sono dei ritardi. Pessimo!

diffidate, i prodotti non sono originali e sono di scarsa qualità pure

Sconsiglio vivamente, vende prodotti spacciandoli per originale.
Ho comprato un giubbotto marcato Nike che in altro siti lo vendono come marcato Adidas e addirittura su Amazon lo vendono a 10€ in meno senza logo.
Evitate e state attenti.

Scammers — they take your money, don’t send you anything, and then don’t answer the phone or let you contact them. Reporting them is the best thing to do; half an hour at the police station and they’ll receive the complaint, and at least they might get their business shut down. Don’t buy anything from them.

I recently ordered from Markezia and my experience was nothing like what was advertised. The clothes that arrived looked completely different from the photos online and the quality was shockingly bad — stitching coming loose, thin flimsy fabric, and overall just awful. Honestly, SHEIN has better quality at a third of the price.

I assumed that because the clothes were so expensive, they would at least be good quality, but that was definitely not the case. I also made the mistake of not checking reviews beforehand, which I regret.

What frustrated me even more was the return process. Their website promises “hassle-free returns” and a “money-back guarantee,” but that couldn’t be further from reality. When I contacted them, they told me I could either accept a tiny 15% refund or pay customs fees to return the items — completely unreasonable and not what their policy suggests.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Markezia. Save your money, time, and frustration — look elsewhere.

non chiederò il rimborso dell'item appena ricevuto perché reinviarlo mi costerebbe quasi quanto ho pagato ma sappiate che sono veramente incazzato:
La felpa non corrisponde a quella della foto (le strisce laterali che sono classiche dell' Adidas non esistono, c'è semplicemente una sottile linea nera sulla cucitura (in foto invece ci sono); neanche un cartellino di riconoscimento né un'etichetta; la stoffa scadente e differente da Adidas.
Avete semplicemente utilizzato una felpa qualsiasi che all' ingrosso che si e no costerà 5€, cucito il marchio Adidas e venduta a 50€.
Lo chiamo "pacco" per non chiamarlo "furto" ed anche se fosse non dovreste offendervi perché lo è a tutti gli effetti

0 stars, it s a scam website. I stupidly ordered a £50 adidas jumper from an Instagram advert without doing any research on the legitimacy of the company... Needless to say... avoid.. avoid.. avoid.
