Incompetent leadership of a firm to which I class as bullies in a suit do not allow these people to intimidate you they are not trained to deal with vulnerable people neither are they trained to respect other people we live in a society where even the richest can have a legal battle or a debt but there is one big thing missing is respect for another human and this company lacks that 1,000,000,000% everyone is one paycheck away from becoming the shoe on the other foot respect people it goes a long way

This company should be described as a complete paradox to a legal company. They ensure their invoices are paid and have no interest or ethics in carrying out the work they are being paid for. Even the solicitor Chris Burns who worked on our behalf, or rather failed to do, is no longer a Solicitor according to the SRA. Accountability and good practice is not within their language

I think this company is a scam company. They take money for insurance but they avoid providing what they say they will. For many years I paid for Professional Indemnity Insurance with legal advice. I had to contact them once. I always got through to the same advisor who sounded like she had just woken up from a nap & insisted they only give employment advice & couldn’t help me. I have cancelled my policy. Avoid!

Great legal practice who put the client first .
Melody handled our case superbly ,keeping us fully informed at every stage .
When it comes to needing possession of a property these guys act swiftly and professionally .

Real legal 'criminals'. They would do everything to take the insurance funds and do everything not to represent. I have contacted several providers who belong to our association - healthcare and social support and they share concerns. We have encouraged all our members and they have agreed to avoid this company. If you're a care company looking for insurance and legal support - avoid this company.

These people only care about fees and not their clients. After waiting nearly four months for a claims award and endless ignored emailed I was told today nothing had happenned as Sarah hand't passed on the correct information. I expect she woudl be more interested if it was her that was £36,000 out of pocket.....
