I cannot recommend Dr. Marilyn Allen highly enough. During our Bio-feedback session, she tapped into details about my health and history that I thought only I knew. There is something so healing about not having to explain yourself; she simply saw what was going on.

After not feeling like myself for quite sometime, Dr Marilyn came up on my socials. Out of curiosity I reached out and I had Biofeedback session with her. I had no expectations but her energy just made me feel calm and safe. The outcome of the session was beyond my expectation. She showed me how much energy I was holding in our body - good and bad. And explained to me how negative energy can impact our life and the choices we make. Literally showing me how the body keeps the score. I left that initial session feeling lighter and positive. The follow up session where goes Dr Marilyn through a very detailed report in so much depth.. none like I've seen before. I learnt so much from just one session with Dr Marilyn and I will for sure be seeing her again.
I highly recommend her to anyone who isn't feeling quite themselves or feels stuck in someway. It will be an an eye opening experience that comes with healing and alignment.

Today I had my follow up Quantum Bio-feedback session with Dr Marilyn Allen. I must say that her expertise is brilliant. I was told things about my body and health that, I thought, only I knew and a lot of things I didn’t know, wow! As the session progressed, Dr Allen explained everything, making sure I understood things. her outgoing demeanour made me feel very comfortable.
Having stress is bad for anybody's health. It can be masked and then becomes the unconscious norm. Not good. With the advice and suggestions, I was given, I have already started to feel fitter, healthier in myself and look at things in a different way. At 68 that’s a bonus.
