Here is my honest review of GMM and Marek services.

I´ve purchased the Ultimate Pro package in early November and the store I received was fine, the design was alright and the products descriptions, etc.. were complete and on point however, the store was never filled with high-ticket products like advertised nor it was delivered in 48H, actually it took more than a week.

After that, and even with low-ticket products we started running ads, the ad expert that was assigned to me was great and the communication with him was on point. 1.5 weeks ahead, I was not making sales, I´ve made 2 sales that week and then nothing for days.
Suddenly my ad expert told me to contact a different number because the ad management service was being changed to another person. I promptly contacted the number and realised it was Marek himself who was gonna run my ads.

Since then this has been a total disaster... Marek told me the ad expert was fired because he messed up a few accounts so Marek was taking care of my ad service, which he did for a few days and had no sales at all. So he tells me to shut down the ads at the beginning of December, and since then I have been complaining about my store, my products, and my ad service. Marek keeps telling me he is going to fix it day after day but nothing gets done, week after week, and nothing gets done.
I get told by him that things are getting fixed but the next day nothing happens. He tells me that he or the team will fix the issue over the weekend but when you contact him to ask about progression, he tells you he doesn´t work at the weekends. A total joke!

I also found out that the ad expert he told me to not contact again because he was fired, was a lie. He was never fired and is working for the team as normal.

So if you want to buy his services and have an absolute headache with the process, go ahead. if you like to be lied to and pushed around day after day by him promising he is going to fix your problems, go ahead and buy the services. Basically, if you like to waste money for a service you will never get, this is your opportunity...

They screwed up my store, my ad service and can´t assume it and fix the issue, zero capacity to fix it. An absolute crap show of assistance.

Marek cannot give you what he promises in the Instagram stories nor he can keep his customers happy and solve his problems, that´s all a scheme to make him money... He delivers the website and the ads services if you were lucky but don´t expect 10k$, 20k$. Not even close to that.
Don´t believe in that and avoid it if you want to keep your money and not create more problems for yourself!

That's the advice of someone that went through that. It´s an absolute waste of your money and time.

Total scam they dont know even basics of website designing.

Ordered a premium store, did not get my order or refund, as customer support told me I would get. Not trustworthy. They come up with excuses and are avoiding to ger people their money back. Awful experience, would not recommend to anyone. Order (2595).

I contacted Marek before the purchase to ask him a couple of questions for him before I make the purchase. Firstly, I was told that ultimate pro provides 15-30 High Ticket ONLY products - I received 4/20 high ticket.

Secondly, I asked him about the delivery time because it's important. He told me that the delivery time is 5-8 days, when in reality its 15-21 days.

The product price on the store was $524.16, but was billed €524.16 and received an invoice on $524.16.

On the website, you'll find multiple sources saying the delivery time is 24-48 hours. I received my store after 7 days. I tried to issue a refund after 5 days, and Marek called me and started yelling at me and calling me crazy and insane multiple times.

We were able to resolve it the first time. Today, after not receiving my store for 7 days although it was promised to arrive within 1-2 working days, he again called me insane and declined my refund request.

After issuing a refund as a sane person would, he sent me the store within 3 minutes and said it was sent already, but in reality, it was sent 3 minutes after asking for a refund.

My advice to you is to stay the hell away from this guy. I've inspected his own "branded store" mmachine.com. It has installed FB pixel but the facebook page is unexisting which means he doesn't run any ads on it. His other stores on the website don't exist anymore. He's probably faking results using "test purchase" because Shopify considers it as a real sale and you can refresh the store as much as you want, and the results will be shown.

Be careful.

$550 with a discount is a lot of money.

He will steal your money! He is a liar and scammer. he will delete bad reviews and use fake page likes and information to seem legit! anyone who is anyone please report this guy! He is a thief!

Absolute scam. This guy posts images on social media and Facebook of fake orders in a shopify store showing some high number “get rich quick” scheme pretty much. He was running an ad so I called him out in the comments, he deleted my comment and messaged me directly saying I’m jealous and won’t achieve anything. Funniest part of this, I’m one of the biggest e-commerce entrepreneurs in the UK. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! HE HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPIFY AND IS PAYING FOR COMMENTS, LIKES AND FOLLOWERS.
