Bei Marco Monti ein Poloshirt bestellt, Ware zeitnah erhalten. Die Qualität vom Stoff fühlt sich gut an, leider ist der Schnitt XL nicht passend. Ich habe dann über die Website die Rückgabe gegen Gutschrift angefragt, dann ging das Drama an. Keine Reaktion auf meine Email, erst nach Reminder, Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten (20€ via internationalem DHL Paket nach CZ), trotz erfolgreicher Rücksendung keine Rückbuchung des Einkaufswert von 100€. Mehrmals Reminder, ich versuche nun den Betrag
Über Mastercard zurückzuholen.

I'm truly sorry to hear that the XL polo shirt didn't fit you properly and that you experienced so many difficulties and delays with the return process. This is definitely not the level of service we aim to provide.
Unfortunately, your review doesn't include an order number, so I cannot locate your specific order right away. To resolve this quickly and personally for you, could you please reply with your order number (or the email address you used to place the order)?
We do not cover return shipping costs for size/fit issues (which is why the €20 DHL cost was on your side), but the refund of the purchase price should have been processed promptly after we received the item. The fact that this hasn't happened yet is clearly our mistake, and I apologize for the frustration this has caused.
As soon as I have your order number, I will check the status of the return and ensure the amount is refunded to your account immediately (within 1-2 working days at the latest). If you have already started a chargeback via Mastercard, please let me know so I can make sure everything is handled smoothly and avoid any unnecessary bank fees for you.

Courier to be paid
Jeans were too short, to give them back i had to pay the courier, never happened before. Adding, I paid 99 euros and i got back 90 euros, about 20 euros paid for the courier

As outlined in our Returns Policy, we provide free shipping on qualifying orders, but customers cover the return shipping costs for refunds under the 14-day withdrawal period. This allows us to keep our prices fair (in this case 33 euro per pair of jeans and free shipping to you...)

To provide some context: FedEx attempted delivery but informed us they were unable to locate your address as provided. We reached out to you three times via email to inform you of this issue and kindly asked if you could contact your local FedEx office directly or to provide correct mobile number so the courier can contact you. They are best positioned to assist with rerouting the package to an alternative address, a nearby pickup point, or providing further guidance on clarifying the location (as we do not have direct access to their drivers or local operations to make those arrangements ourselves).
We know this has been inconvenient, and we regret any role our process played in the delay. If you have already been in touch with FedEx or have additional details (such as a preferred pickup location or updated address information), please let us know right away so we can follow up on our end and support you further.

You have to avoid this brand
You have to avoid this brand. They simply lie. If you receive the items you simply cannot return them and get refunded. And the quality is very far from what you see in the pictures!!

La ringraziamo per aver dedicato il tempo a lasciare la sua recensione. Ci dispiace davvero molto sapere che i tre pantaloni della stessa taglia e modello non hanno una vestibilità coerente. Comprendiamo perfettamente la sua delusione.
Come già le abbiamo comunicato ieri, siamo felici di sostituire i capi che non le vanno bene senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Piccole variazioni di taglia possono purtroppo verificarsi a causa delle tolleranze di produzione in fabbrica, anche nello stesso modello, ma non è assolutamente l’esperienza che vogliamo offrirle.
Per organizzare la sostituzione in modo rapido, ci indichi esattamente quali due paia devono essere scambiati. Spediremo i nuovi pantaloni non appena riceveremo i jeans che non desidera di ritorno presso il nostro magazzino.
La sua soddisfazione è molto importante per noi e apprezziamo il suo feedback perché ci aiuta a migliorare continuamente. Speriamo di poter rimediare e di farle vivere un’esperienza positiva.
