The process of buying a home can be intimidating and overwhelming. Marc McKinney made buying my first home painless and fearless. It became apparent to me how critical it is to have an agent with knowledge and experience. Due to a seller's issue, my upcoming home was in escrow three times previously. I would have missed out on my dream home if it weren't for his expertise. I moved in on time because he thought outside the box to get my loan approved. Marc is a fair and honest agent who will help you save in any way he can to obtain the most value for your money. And Marc is really helpful! The man knows what he’s doing when it comes to mortgages, refinancing existing loans, and private construction loans. I sent multiple clients to him, and he always gets the job done. The most recent transaction we completed was a clients refinance. Marc was fast and efficient, and he answered emails quickly, which I love. We also brainstormed many loan options, which is what was needed. He knows his loans, and he knows how to explain the process in layman's terms, which is everything to me. 5 stars for getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Marc!
