It's easy to rank a company highly when…
It's easy to rank a company highly when things go well. What matters is how things are handled when they don't. The product we ordered was delayed and then the the company's supplier shipped them the incorrect item. Marche communicated everything that was going on openly and even called at one point to explain what had happened. The product finally shipped and it is lovely. Well worth the wait. Excellent customer service to me is more about communication than speed!

J’adore Marché Provence!
I ordered for the first time and am so happy with the quality of the tablecloth and free matching napkin I received! I have placed a second order for more napkins! The pricing is great and customer service is too. I have loved Provençal linens since I first visited Provence and the selection at Marché is really fantastic.

A shopping experience where the customer feels valued.
Not only do Chuck and Marge carry the most gorgeous French table linens (and I believe I am a good judge of that having taught French for 32 years), but they are a delight to work with. Theirs is not a big box operation. Theirs is a company that values their customers, each one individually, answering questions completely and guiding customers to that perfect table linen for their individual needs . Thank you Chuck and Marge. I will continue to recommend you to my friends who enjoy fine quality at fair prices .

A great find!!
In a search for French tablecloths, i came upon The Marché Provence website and was so happy to find beautiful French made tablecloths at excellent prices(especially with their sale) . In addition, Chuck provided answers to all my questions when I called. I just received my tablecloths and love them! Also their return policy and warranty!!!

I ordered two tablecloths
I ordered two tablecloths, both in 100% cotton. When I received the shipment, one of them was coated. I called and spoke to your rep and he took care of me. Sent me the 100% cotton and included a prepaid envelope so that I could return the coated one. Swift service and speaking to a real person was very satisfactory.

Love the quality and beautiful choices
I am leery of ordering items online except for Amazon and chewy.com. But I have placed a number of orders with Marche Provence and the service and quality of their product is outstanding. I have never been disappointed. Just added another tablecloth to my collection, a beautiful French design. So happy with it. Highly recommend this site!

Plan ahead
Ordered on 12/11 for Christmas gift - "in stock and would receive before Christmas" - Got later email that it is shipping 12/22 - "delivery in 2 days" - Arrived on the 27th - Post office overload!
Owner called and apologized, was very nice to speak to
