While researching tile for my latest project (fireplace surround) I reached out to Marble Systems for information and a few samples. They (in particular Cansu Sahin who was ALWAYS very helpful) were quick to respond and help in any way they could.

I ordered tile, waited more than a week to get any information when my order will be shipped, then received email that my order will be shipped next day and then ten minutes later another email that my item is out of stock. It took the whole week just to find out that they do not have my item in stock!

I like that I was given a full sized sample to determine if the tile was a good fit for me.

I just want to share my excellent experience with marble system and it's customer service. I am remodeling my bathroom but unfortunately ran out of St. Laurent marble tiles. Luckily, I found the same one matching the ones I have and ordered via online at Marble System. After few days, they shipped 2 pieces 18x18 tiles on each box with styrofoam. All tiles arrived with excellent condition. Ms. Sophia assisted me all along from verifying my order until it arrived to me. Please don't hesitate to order from them.

I have purchased many samples from MSI and they have done a good job of shipping them to me and following up with tracking. In most cases the product was close to the photos on the website, but the variation in natural stone makes it necessary to see current dye lots. In many cases they are very different than what you might expect. That's why their easy to use sample system is so valuable. I have been pleased with all of the product I have purchased, including some very nice closeout items.
