Dear Snappy Rubbish removals, operating under Green Earth Group Limited., Reviewing by All Junk Removal... wow that's a lot of companies!
It is with great surprise how quickly your team turned aggressive, offensive and assumptive on our actions. We simply asked you to justify your costs versus your waste prices on your website.
We were also waiting for you waste transfer certificate of our waste, so please do not throw the word ethical at our business when you have not provided the 1 major element that makes your ethics questionable, that you disposed our waste in a proper manner.
Here are a few more reasons for your poor performance:-
1. There were no payment terms provided nor agreed payment term so assume 14,30,60,90 days...it’s only been 3 days!!
2. The issue has not been resolved as yet but we have never refused to pay. Your colleagues hang up on the phone... how professional!
3. You quoted on a verbal with no written confirmation, we could claim the quotation was for £100 ... but we didn't.
4. Your staff were not wearing masks at all during collection. It is clearly stated in signage at the site that we comply with ALL COVID guidelines.
5. We never did say we weren’t prepared to pay your invoice did we?
6. Your "quote" is triple what you advertise on your website guide, therefore very deceiving
7. You sent 3 operatives which we did not ask for and you are now trying to charge us for additional labour.
8. You still have not provided us with a copy of your waste transfer licence, a legal requirement to prove you have disposed of our waste in a compliant manner.
Thank you for your review, this helps us demonstrate to the public how we deal with complaints but more importantly how we ensure compliant services are received.
It would be a great waste of Maple People’s hard work if our waste is not being disposed of properly. Therefore it is vital that we ensure we are not using rogue traders.
You should read up on Maple People, you will see how ethical we truly are.
We also have a number of ISOs ensuring we operate professionally and ethically, and we are checked annually, you should get 9001 - Quality.
Rest assured your invoice for £250 will be paid as soon as you have answered our outstanding queries.
We will certainly not be doing any further business with you again.
