Am 02.05.2024 wurde ich am Auge operiert. Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, dass ich große Angst hatte, aber zu meiner Überraschung war alles auf höchstem Niveau organisiert. Schon bei meiner Ankunft am Flughafen in Istanbul wartete dort ein Minibus auf mich, ein sehr komfortabler VIP-Transfer, der mich zu einem Hotel brachte, das fast im Stadtzentrum liegt und in dem bereits im Voraus ein Zimmer für mich reserviert worden war. Das Hotel war sauber und bot einen guten Service. Vom Hotel wurde ich zur Klinik abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht; in der Klinik wurde ich immer von Dolmetschern empfangen, die sich um den gesamten Papierkram kümmerten – sehr freundliche, höfliche Menschen, denen ich sehr dankbar bin; sie haben sich um mich gekümmert wie um ihren eigenen Sohn. Was die Klinik betrifft: modernes Design, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, höfliches Personal, sehr moderne Ausstattung; die Mitarbeiter der Klinik kennen ihre Arbeit und führen sie professionell aus. Bei praktisch keiner Untersuchung musste ich in der Schlange stehen, alles war auf höchstem Niveau organisiert. Nun zum Arzt, der mich operiert hat. Er ist ein sehr guter Fachmann, ein begnadeter Chirurg, ein hochqualifizierter Spezialist, der seine Arbeit zu 100 % erfüllt.Überall wurde mir eine Operation am rechten Auge verweigert und man sagte mir, dass niemand dies tun würde, aber sie hat nach zahlreichen Untersuchungen einen Weg gefunden und mich operiert. Ich bin ihr dafür von ganzem Herzen dankbar – sie hat GOLDENE HÄNDE. Außerdem ist sie eine sehr sympathische und schöne Frau. Wenn jemand eine Augenoperation vornehmen lassen möchte, ist diese Klinik genau das Richtige, und was die Preise angeht, so sind diese sogar sehr erschwinglich. Ich möchte noch einmal dem gesamten Klinikpersonal und dem Dolmetscher meinen großen Dank aussprechen, und ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an meine Ärztin. Ich wünsche allen Gesundheit und Wohlstand.

Ich habe mich vor kurzem für eine LASIK-Behandlung entschieden und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung.

Von Anfang an wurde ich gut informiert und betreut. Die Organisation war unkompliziert und alle meine Fragen wurden geduldig beantwortet. Vor Ort habe ich mich in der Klinik sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Der Eingriff selbst war schneller als erwartet und nahezu schmerzfrei. Schon kurz nach der Behandlung konnte ich deutlich besser sehen, was für mich ein unglaubliches Gefühl war.

Auch die Nachbetreuung war professionell und hilfreich. Natürlich braucht es ein paar Tage zur vollständigen Erholung, aber das Ergebnis hat sich für mich absolut gelohnt.

Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der über eine Augenlaserbehandlung nachdenkt, sich gut zu informieren und eine seriöse Klinik zu wählen.

Vorsicht vor diesem Unternehmen!

Ich habe meine Kronen im September 2022 über Mapa Health in Ümraniye/Istanbul machen lassen. Bei der Behandlung (und auch schon vorab in der Kommunikation sowie auf deren Homepage) wurde mir ausdrücklich Garantie auf Technik sowie Material zugesichert.

Nach 3,5 Jahre ist mir an der unteren Schneidezahn-Krone ein kleiner Bruch und davon ausgehend ein Riss entstanden. Ich habe Mapa Health sofort mit Fotos und detaillierter Beschreibung kontaktiert. Statt der versprochenen Nachsorge werde ich jetzt komplett allein gelassen.
Plötzlich heißt es: Die Garantie gilt nur für „technische Fehler“, ein normales Abbrechen oder Riss sei nicht abgedeckt. Eine Reparatur der einzelnen Krone sei nicht möglich – ich müsse alle 4 verbundenen Kronen erneuern lassen (weil die Kronen nicht einzeln, sondern in mehreren 3er und 4er Blöcken eingesetzt werden)
Anstatt Garantie wurde mir ein Angebot quasi als Neukunde nahegelegt. Ich solle die Behandlung für 4 Kronen, Flug und Unterkunft selbst bezahlen oder es in Deutschland machen lassen. In Deutschland möchte man mich aus Haftungsgründen nicht behandeln, nur im Notfall wird hier was getan!

Der Umgangston in der Kommunikation war darüber hinaus sehr unfreundlich und alles andere als kundenorientiert. Von der anfangs langfristigen Betreuung ist nichts mehr zu spüren.

Wenn man am Ende nicht doppelt und dreifach bezahlen will einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden machen. Ich habe nach mehreren Versuchen einen Arzt gefunden, muss diese Kronen allerdings jetzt teuer austauschen lassen.

Nachtrag 11.05.2026:
Nachdem Mapa hierauf geantwortet hatte kontaktierte ich diese wieder gemäß ihren Wunsch. Das Angebot war das gleiche, enttäuschende Angebot wie mir schon mal gemacht wurde, Kronen tauschen zum vollen Preis auf meine Kosten. Also definitiv Finger weg!!!

Ich bin total enttäuscht musste mehrmals zur Behandlung nach Türkei reisen ich wurde an drei verschiedenen Stand Orte und verschiedene Ärzte behandelt!hatte von Anfang an Schmerzen Probleme mit Implantaten musste große Operation durchführen lassen! Mangelhaft die Aufklärung Hygiene war auch mangelhaft alle haben zwischen durch geraucht! Also sind nicht auf meine Wünsche eingegangen! Ich kam praktisch nicht zu Worte und dann meine Situation Schmerz 3-4 Stunden operiert und oben drein noch verletzt das ich genäht werden musste! Es wurde nicht mal entschuldigt! ich war mental und psychisch am Ende!Also im Endeffekt kurz gesagt ich hab viel Geld bezahlt heute leide ich noch unter schmerzen und die Zähne von Ober Kiefer sind nicht zu sehen unter Kiefer Zähne viel zu lang habe jetzt endlich in Deutschland ein Arzt gefunden der mir hilft kostet mir wieder eine Menge Geld aber muss es machen da ich unter schmerzen leide Arzt hat gesagt keine gute Arbeit! Gewesen
Und es war ein Landsmann hier in Deutschland der mir jetzt hilft!
Fazit immer noch schmerzen sehe aus als ob ich keine Zähne habe im Ober Kiefer !
Ich möchte noch eins dazu sagen die Dolmetscherin war eine sehr liebe nette Frau die mir immer behilflich war wo sie nur konnte!

Une experience qui as bien démarrer, novembre 2022 je franchi le cap et je fonce a Istanbul chez mapa healt afin d y effectuer des soins .Très bien reçu malgré un gros manque de ponctualité.
Un personnels exemplaires sur les lieux , attentif , a l ecoute rien a redire ....

Deux ans passe et une première dent fissurer sans meme croquer ou arracher d aliments , je contacte la société qui m informe qu'il faut que je me déplace ( voyage et hotel a ma charge) afin qu'il puisse évaluer si le problème viens de la couronne poser ou si cela est de ma faute suite a un aliment manger .
Mécontent de la réponse sachant que je c est pertinemment que le problème viens de la qualité de la couronne poser je décide de ne pas faire le déplacement(je c est que une fois sur place ils aurais trouver le moyen de me faire régler la couronne a changer) et vivre ainsi avec cet couronne fisuré.
Janvier 2026 bis reptita avec une couronne a nouveau fissure et cet fois ci je le confirme au docteur par email , le problème viens de la qualité des couronnes...une douche et la couronne se décolle sans meme faire aucun geste brusque , j'établis a nouveau le contact et réponse surprenante : " il n y as aucune garantie surtout au bout de 5 ans " d après les dires de cet personne mon agressivité par email et mal perçu ,et me menace de ne rien effectuer comme travaux dentaire si je suis insistant.

Surprise un devis arrive par email , a ma grande surprise 1000 euros réclamer pour 2 couronnes a changer !

En colère je me rend chez un dentiste spécialisé dans la matière en France qui me confirme la mauvaise qualité des couronne en céramique malgré un travail esthétique jolie au visuel.

Devis établie en France avec prise en charge de la mutuelle : 800 euros ttc

Je n est donc pas réfléchi longtemps, et valider le devis français

Oui Istanbul est attractif , mais le SAV est catastrophique , si je pouvais revenir en arrière et effectuer les soins en totalité(en France ) mais bien plus élever je le ferais de suite , je serais certains d avoir de la qualité et un SAV de qualité a coup sur .

Mapa has been absolutely amazing. You couldn’t get a better team. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The dentists are perfectionists. They work as hard as they can to give your dream smile. Only regret is I didn’t book Mapa years ago and waste money in the uk. 5/5 My family and friends will see you soon. Leigh

As was all the communication once I landed in Turkey, my interpreter was absolutely amazing and she provided me with all the comfort and reassurance I required especially as I was on my own.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, very welcoming and the food fantastic.

The surgeon and his team were also amazing and insured I had full confidence in my procedure which went so smoothly and with little or no discomfort.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone, and in fact I already have a friend who is very interested and I will be talking to them once I arrive home.

Just again thank you for providing the services you provide, you make a lot of people’s dreams come true as you did mine.

Mapa Health hat mich in jedem Punkt positiv überrascht. Von der Ankunft im Flughafen bis hin zur Abreise ist es dem Team wichtig wie es dem Patienten geht. Dolmetscher sind bei jedem Kontakt im Krankenhaus mit dabei. Die Op verlief problemlos, Aufklärung erfolgt exzellent! Ein großen Dank an das Team an Herr Şafak und speziell an Frau Sila die sich rundum um mich gekümmert haben. Nach der Operation wird man weiterhin regelmäßig nach seinem Zustand gefragt.

Hallo, ich habe eine linsentransplantation bekommen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Ende wirklich professionell und gut betreut und beraten worden. Bei jeder Frage, innerhalb einer Stunde, eine Antwort per WhatsApp bekommen. Später vor Ort in der Klinik,war eine Dolmetscherin dabei, die auf alles eine Antwort wusste. Super vom Flughafen abgeholt und zu allen Terminen gebracht worden. Keinerlei Probleme gehabt, würde ich immer weiterempfehlen.

The hotel was spot on.
Transfers around istanbul were on time amd cheerful.
Out interpreters were kind and helpful.
The staff at the clinic especially the dentits would go above and beyond not just in the look of our teeth but the health of our teeth.

I wasn’t going to write this as I give the clinic a chance by refunding for the work they carried out on my teeth but they refused. I don’t want anyone going through the same thing. I came to this dentist from the UK first for 14teeth, when I got there they did not sound confident at all and spoke about giving me a bridge at the top of my mouth when I have no missing teeth (red flag) we agreed on 4 top back crowns and I would get my other 10 replaced by another dentist in Istanbul. What they have put in my mouth is the absolute worst dental work I or anyone else has seen. Even my other dentist was shocked by the work.They give me a bridge which measures almost 2cm thick. We did not discuss a bridge and I paid for crowns I believe they done this so they can cut corners and be cheap. I reached out to the clinic in which they said the only way I will be giving a refund is I had to come back the clinic for them to take my teeth out before they issue it, bare in mind I have just got all my teeth shaving down and they wanted me to fly home with no teeth.

I have tried to attach photos to show any potential patients the work they can expect but it does not allow. I will be posting them on other forums. They are huge and fill a large proportion of the roof of my mouth. They are cartoonish, plastic like teeth. The only positive thing I can say about this company is the man who meets you who I guess is a coordinator/translator is pleasant and polite.

After telling them I will be taking this further if they don’t refund my money, the impolite lady on the Watsapp threatened me with legal action. I’m sure they know it wouldn’t go anywhere as I have all the photo evidence of the work they done.

My advice would be to stay away from this company. There is great dentist in istanbul who take pride in their dental work.
These are not them. I now have to pay over £3000 in the uk to have 4 teeth replaced with crowns. My mouth is a mess of this dentist!

You take pride is customer satisfaction? You have seen multiple photos of the work the dentist carried out on my mouth which is evidently shocking work. My mouth is struggling to adjust and can’t close, they are that huge in my mouth. Your dentist and technicians need further training and I don’t believe they should be carrying out work on anymore patients until they do so! How do you explain fitting a bridge in my mouth when I discussed and payed for singular crowns? It’s malpractice. Your company says you are willing to take legal action, legal action against what? A patient telling the truth on their experience with yourselves?

I made my research into my dental treatment and had previously used MAPA health. I had no hesitation in booking my appointment. The process was simple and everything was in place all I need was book my flight.My dental was absolutely excellent from from start to finish. Its my dental treatment and had to be perfect. The dental staff to my Dental Dr. She was absolutely fantastic,can not thank her enough she was fantastic and very meticulous in her work she did. I would recommend MAPA to anyone who want dental treatment value for money. With 250k Instagram followers speaks volumes.

Very good experience using this company. I was well taken care of and the care was very good. I had lens replacements and would definitely recommend. All the transfers were always on time. The interpreters were very good they explained everything and messages were answered quickly via WhatsApp. The only comment I would make to the company is maybe an itinerary could be given to clients as I didn't know when I would be having the procedure. Otherwise very happy overall

Absolutely amazing experience all around! The communication prior to the surgery, during the days of the surgery and after my surgery was impeccable and all of my questions were always answered swiftly and in great detail! I was talked through every step of my Laser Eye surgery and had an amazing surgeon and team of eye doctors that made me feel very comfortable during my time. My English translator Ismail was outstanding and remained with me throughout my hospital and surgery journey always ensuring I knew what was happening! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was stunning and breakfast included was also lovely. The VIP transfers were exactly that with luxury cars and privacy between all locations during my time in Istanbul!! Highly highly recommend Mapa Health! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Had my eyes done in July and the whole experience was exceptional.
Communications from the start giving a full expected price and information to getting daily messages about pickup times and procedures.
The private hospital was state of the art and you are well looked after, even getting a meal after your surgery.
All medications provided with a full explanation sheet, all scan information and lense information provided to bring home.
Great service and would highly recommend.

Trifokallinsen Implantation im Juni 2024, das Ergebnis der Behandlung in der LIV Klinik in Istanbul ist TOP ich sehe wie ein Adler und brauche keine Brille mehr. Dank an die Ärzte und die hervorragende Organisation und Betreuung insbesondere vor Ort und in der Klink durch Mine und Arta :-)
