Hope this makes me a man again

I am a cancer victim since 2017

I am a cancer victim since 2017. I haven’t had sex for 8 yrs. Due to ED. Now I’m living alone, because of the above. I’ve tried 3 different pills, the pump and private hand and injections. Nothing left me to do, then just roll over and dye. I pray this is my final attempt, to losing my manhood.
