Great learning platform to grow spiritually. I really loved it.

Thank you so much for the insights given on diet and health. For me personally as a silver member, I never skipped meditation even single day till now after I joined. It is so refreshing and happy the whole day for mind and body. Weekly live calls are also with lot of information and guidelines to follow. These also helped me to understand my body better and maintain my good health not only for me but also for my family members.

I feel like there should be break fast lunch and dinner options something related to health issues and disease management
