Love the easy, straightforward process in selling my old device.
One thing I think could be improved is the device self-assessment process. I wish the calculation considers overseas device factor to reflect more accurate appraisal from the get go.
Overall, I would still recommend ManMade Cycle for a simple used devices selling/trade-in!

Disappointed
Dropped my laptop of in person to sell in late November, price was agreed upon on the spot by Evan, haven't heard back since after countless attempts calling their phone number as there was no response via email. It's been over a month and my computer is still in their possession. Just looking for a professional approach and resolution to this.

Trustworthy and fast
Trustworthy and fast. They revised the quote from 260$ to 144$ due to dents which were from Aus post though. I had pictures from before posting it which were dent free. Two scratches were there though. Overall, fast and best service out there.
