BEWARE — EXTREMELY MISLEADING AND POOR-QUALITY JEWELRY
This company’s website is a perfect example of false advertising. What I ordered and what I received are NOT the same products.
I ordered the Turquoise Nora Necklace and received a completely different-looking stone. The jewelry is advertised as gold, but what arrived looks cheap, orange, and nothing like the color shown on the website. The quality is nowhere near what the photos lead you to believe you’re purchasing.
Then there’s the Clover Necklace. The website clearly shows SEVEN clovers. The necklace I received has FIVE. And once again, instead of looking gold as advertised, the metal is an ugly orange/brassy color. To make matters worse, the clasp doesn’t even open, so the necklace is essentially unusable.
This isn’t a case of the jewelry looking slightly different in person. These are material differences in the stone, color, design, number of clovers, functionality, and overall quality. The products shown on the website are simply not what was sent.
If you’re charging premium prices, the least you can do is send customers what you actually advertise. Instead, I received jewelry that looks cheap, poorly made, and completely different from the representations on the site.
Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company and would strongly suggest taking their product photos with a VERY large grain of salt. What you see is clearly not necessarily what you get.

I ordered a necklace and everything was easy and seamless and quick. And quite possibly the prettiest necklace ever.

Terrible experience, items took ages to arrive, quality is beyond poor and now battling for a refund! Avoid this company!!!

The customer service is absolutely shocking. I had ordered a necklace with some matching earrings. The necklace got sent out and then I had an email saying that the earrings were out of stock so that I had to pick something else. It was clearly a matching set so they shouldn’t have sent the necklace without the earrings anyway I clearly wouldn’t have wanted the necklace. They told me that I had to pick something else so I picked another set that could sort of match. A few weeks went by and they didn’t even turn up. After emailing him asking where my replacement was, they said there are a stock as well, I hadn’t received an email telling me this. Absolutely no help, they have nothing in stock let you buy things take your money and then don’t send you anything. I bought this for my wedding and now it seems I have to panic order some jewellery that I don’t really even want and it’s gonna ruin my wedding outfit now. Thanks very much. Would never order from these again or recommend.

Order 3 items in May that took ages to arrive finally arrived 6th June. Returned 2 items for refund on 8th June tracked parcel & the items were received on the 10th June.Still waiting for refund have emailed 3 items which still have not been answered. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN

I placed an order for a few items then realised they would arrive too late to give as a gift. I emailed customer services almost immediately after I placed the order requesting to cancel. They emailed me back two days later saying the order was being processed and I would have to return the items once received. I then seen the reviews on here and started to get a bit concerned. However, the order did arrive, packed really nicely with a little drawstring bag, all the pieces were in separate plastic wallets and wrapped in tissue paper. Anyhow, all really lovely items - 2 necklaces, a bracelet and some earrings. The earrings are a bit small but lovely. I would order again

I have emailed them 4 times to ask for a refund and they have just ignored me. I spent alot of money with them and they seem only concerned with taking your money but not returning it if you don’t want the products !

If it was possible for me to give a -01 that’s exactly what I would do. This company is disgusting, their so quick to take your money but when something is wrong with their jewellery the process to get your money back is ridiculously long, I bought a chain that gave me an allergic reaction emailed and explained they blamed me and said it’s my skin not their jewellery. Instead of refunding me my full amount they removed the £5:99 postage and gave me £12:00. I’m so disgusted that this company has been allowed to run knowing that the jewellery that their selling is nickel not stainless I’m allergic to nickel within two days of wearing the jewellery I noticed that that my skin became itchy so I took the chain off and looked at it and realised that the gold had faded and underneath it looked like a blackened material. It didn’t look like stainless steel cause I’m not allergic to stainless steel I can wear stainless steel but it looked black and it was slightly green as well. So I emailed them and explained to them what happened and instead of them taking accountability they blamed me and said it was my skin and they’ve not had any reports of allergic reactions to their chains. Which is a complete lie because when I went on Google and done a search I saw that their Jewellry has very poor ratings because it has faded. Also there was allergic reactions so this company is actually selling Jewellry that they know isn’t what their ethos says which is 18 carat gold plated stainless steel and they use the word PVC which is a very strong plating they’re absolutely lying and I really wish I knew a way to stop them from Trading because it’s not fair for them to be selling products that they know are not what they say they are to people and people are buying with genuine good faith only to find out that their products are not worth the money and I don’t care whether the items are £12 and those kind of prices if you say your Jewellery is 18 carat gold plated PVC stainless steel then that is what I’m expecting it to be and it’s a simple as that I am disgusted by this company and I really feel like they should be banned and from now on before I purchase any kind of item from these companies I will make sure I do a Google search a Trustpilot review because I know I’m always going to get honest reviews about the product.

They took a long time to arrive and unfortunately one is too short for my neck, even though I have a slim neck, it’s more like a choker than a necklace. Other than that they are a reasonable quality and look pretty.

I bought a ring from this company. Carefully reading the refund policy. The ring was too tight and very uncomfortable to wear. Also it was slightly different to the look of the one on the website. I have emailed 4 times now asking and a return/refund. No response only to ask if the ring has been tried on! How would I know
It didn’t fit unless I had tried it on. Very disappointed as I purchased in good faith even checking the ring size before I ordered.

This is a very unreliable company and do not deal with them. I ordered quite a few pieces from them via their Instagram handle and it’s been months and nothing has arrived. Each time I send them a mail they send me back a generic answer. Do NOT buy anything from them. They are a total scam.

This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from this company. My order has not even arrived after weeks of placing it. I have emailed twice no response.
This is a shocking business, taking peoples money.

I was really excited to recieve these items and they are such rubbish quality. They are still in the original cheap plastic packaging, did not even try to hide the fact that it is cheap Chinese tat. Theyhave a fabulous photoshop artist.
