Perfect transaction
The clothes are gorgeous and are in perfect condition, exactly as described. The packaging was sustainable and very nicely done - the ribbon and the card were a really lovely touch.
Postage was exceptionally fast. I had these posted internationally and I couldn't believe how quickly my order was processed and arrived.
Communication was excellent - the whole transaction was faultless. And did I mention the clothes are just brilliant?!
Already very excited for my next purchase and kicking myself for not picking up something I was on the fence over.

Unique and reliable
The email communication was quick, thoughtful and polite. I felt listened to as a customer. The packaging did not use plastic, which I appreciated. There was no need to print out a return label, which I also appreciated. The items which I ordered were made of interesting materials and as described on the website.
I do feel nervous when ordering items online, as I cannot try the sizing and feel the material, but I was reassured by the return policy on sale items. I love their unique collection of second hand clothing, and I feel that they value high quality and stand out pieces.
