Mangotree Kids Omdömen 

What an incredible organisation. Mango Tree Kids came to our hospital today and delivered a wellbeing Jolly Djembe session for our children, staff and parents on one of our wards. The trip to Kenya was fantastic, the drummer boy and Catherine created a fun and comfortable environment for all to join in. They took us on a journey through drumming and our imagination and provided us with props which was amazing! Ended on a meditation which left everyone feeling relaxed and happy. Can't wait to have another session!

Absolutely loved the session we did with patients, parents and staff in hospital. All who participated were actively involved. Everyone was refreshed after they did the drumming session with Mangotree kids. Would 100% recommend if you plan to throw a party, wellbeing for staff, patients. The atmosphere was great!! :D

Mangotree Kids have been providing weekly classes at our daughter’s nursery and she loves every second of it. She learned so much about music, culture and geography! We had the chance to watch them yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it the session. Even the adults were dancing along to the best of the drums. Love it!

My son loves mangotree drumming we are lucky enough to have them in the school as part of after school care. It’s such a fun way for children to express themselves and to release their energy. The team are always so happy and friendly. 10/10 service

Thank you Catherine for making MG birthday party so special. You managed to engage all children and created a very entertaining atmosphere. Even some of the parents were dancing to the drums. MG thoroughly enjoyed herself and she now even so more proudly and confidently acknowledge that she is an African Queen/Princess. We loved all the stage settings, such as the umbrella, the queen throne. However there's is always room for improvement, be there on time. We hired the venue and any delay penalizes us. Overall it was a good performance and I will definitely personally recommend your services.

As an early years teacher, I can assure you that mangotree sessions are a wonderful gift to give to children, even very young ones. Toddlers (from 2 years old) love it !!!! I'm always incredibly surprised and moved to see these little children so engaged in these sessions, running to the workshop when they're told "it's time to play drums", following the rhythm suggested by Catherine with their hands, feet and whole body... all very naturally (motor development). I've seen children who concentrate for 15 minutes non-stop when it's usually shorter! There are so many benefits and cross-curricular skills that crystallise: working memory (Catherine repeats the story and the children make it their own), inhibitory control (during our last session there were people coming and going in the space who weren't involved in the workshop and the children stayed engaged).
In short, the mangotree sessions are all about understanding the world (discovering African culture), maths (rhythm), language (we sing!) creativity (of course) and, most importantly for me, the opportunity to express oneself and one's emotions in ways other than words, which for our little ones is a real gift to give them! Faces light up! You can see the joy on their faces!

The kids at the nursery had a wonderful time learning with Mangotree Kids over the course of several weeks, and then performing in front of parents and staff. With the animal costumes and role play it was a very stimulating and exciting activity for them. Thank you!

A fantastic musical experience . MangoTree Kids worked with our nursery for 7 magical weeks and the children remained engaged, happy and excited throughout. The sessions were the prefect timing and consisted of amazing stories that helped our children expand on their knowledge on the world around them, their speech and rhythm through the use of beautiful talking drums (even those who are usually a little shy ). We have seen the children blossom through these sessions and the performance at the end was spectacular and had all of us including parents dancing to the rhythm of the drums. Thank you for an out of this world experience. We will be doing these session again. They also do adult drumming sessions which is a great stress reliver. I highly recommend Mango Tree Kids. Mango tree did their last session today in front of the parents at our pre school. They were totally amazing and would bight recommend them. It has given the children such amazing experience of another culture supports all areas of learning . The adults have also had amazing time. Thank you so much Katherine. Mangotree kids came in our nursery for ten sessions. Each 30mn session was brilliantly thought through, led by Catherine, fabulous story teller. The children were straight away involved, they talked about it in between sessions; they were all looking forward to the next session. During the sessions, everyone, adults included had much fun and it gave us energy. Thank you Catherine and Mr Drummer Man! We can't wait for you to come for a session just for the staff!

Thank you to the mango tree kids for coming round our nursery at N Family club london Fields, our children really immersed themselves into the experience as well as the staff! The drumming, dancing made us all smile. We cannot wait to have you back!

Great fun, never played before but soon picked up the rhythm. Relaxing too, forgetting all the stress in life. Very entertaining

Mangotree Kids, Catherine and the "Drummer Man" put on an absolutely wonderful and unique African Kings and Queens drumming party for my son's 5th birthday party this weekend. The children all adored it and we received fantastic feedback from all the parents and children. What a totally unique, special and creative way to celebrate a birthday. Thank you, MangoTree Kids - you created a party we will never forget - for all the right reasons!

All I can say is, do not hesitate to book 'Mangotree Kids' for your child's birthday party. Catherine and 'The drummer man' were amazing and gave my son a fantastic superhero 7th birthday party. They catered to the needs of all the children there (SEN & Mainstream). It is a unique, colourful and cultural experience that was enjoyed by the kids and adults too. It actually made me emotional watching it all and seeing how happy everyone was. Communication was excellent throughout and Catherine is extremely friendly.

Well my experience was ok but they said that because I was older I would be harder but we just hit the drums again and again they should teach us talent

Would love to give Catherine and Mango tree 5+++ stars! They did a drumming party for our son's 4th birthday party. She has a great rapport with children and engaged multiple generations from babies to 80 year olds. It was so much fun and made some fantastic memories. She is also very professional, organised and a pleasure to liaise with. Cannot praise her enough.

A super fun experience, the session flew by. Was a great break from the workday and definitely left feeling stress free. Thanks to Roger for being such a great teacher!

Great experience and a form of stress relief would recommend it to anyone! Brought people in from everywhere and had an amazing time.
