Prompt delivery, great communication

The owner, Rab phoned me last week in regards my order after I sent a question note on the site, sadly the juice I received I knew was old being its my 1 & only go to same flavour for the past 6-7 yrs and also the exp. date was unreadable having been rubbed off.
I usually get it from the manufacture but they were out of stock which is a regular occurrence. This was no reflection on this guy as he sourced some from another supplier he explained rather than let me down by not fulfilling the order. Pity I did purchase from here tho as my main stockist managed to deliver next day so both orders came on the same day which is a shame as the two bottles I bought from this supplier are not to my usual standard & the 20 from my regular supplier were more than enough for the time being.
I tried some pnp coils for the first time also which I don't like, they burn out fast so wont be buying any more I'll stick with what I know and use regular in future but, I will say this store has good stock this was just a 1 off and the owner did try to meet obligation so for that I cant knock the service it just wasn't for me on this occasion.

He/Rab knows who I am after our lengthy chat so maybe will send me a nice sample of something that could meet my criteria!! #whoknows ;)

Ordered online and then got a phone call saying that the items I ordered weren't in stock, but I got to choose what pod flavour I wanted instead and he even sent me a second device for free. Everything arrived very quickly (would have been next day but I needed to reschedule the delivery) and was posted through the door, nice and easy process with great customer service!

Ordered online - got a phone call not long after ordering to say that the things I ordered weren’t in stock, so I chose a different pod flavour and he said he’d send out an extra device for free which was great. Everything came in great time (had to reschedule the delivery for saturday rather than friday but it would have come the next day if not), and it was posted through the door, nice and simple. Great customer service and communication, good prices, definitely recommend

Customer service is superb! I had a query regarding a delivery that was outside of the "normal" delivery options (getting a package at an airport hotel with a time window of 6 hours or so)

There was never a problem in VapeMan's mind - Just got the job done and I got my great juices (Holy Cow, wholeheartedly recommend the Banana Milkshake if you're into creamy liquids) at great prices during a short layover at Manchester airport.

Ten out of ten I recommend them :)
