From the initial phone call to discuss the sale of a BTL property Manaks seemed 'on it' with a prompt and pro-active response/attitude. Compared with solicitors involved with other recent sale transactions they easily proved the best and I'd happily use them again when a situations arises.

We went to Manak Solicitors specifically for Samir due to his reputation in handling fare evasion cases, in our case TFL regarding misuse of a high value card. He was professional, thoughtful and understanding throughout, letting us know the realistic outcomes. Based on the circumstances, he suggested we only had a 30% chance of avoiding prosecution and would have to obtain a psychologist report. However, exactly a week after our response to TFL, we received an email saying we had been let off with a warning. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with similar cases!

We had a house fall through at the survey stage and they were very empathetic and charged us very fairly - so we re-instructed them when we found another house, and the process was very smooth from start to completion.
