Hello Christine. We are very sorry that you are disappointed with your mum to be hamper. Having checked through correspondence, we were expecting your baby balm to be returned for an exchange or refund in February, this did not mention a problem with any other items. Unused items can still be returned with 60 days.
The ‘mum to be box’ was lovely
The ‘mum to be box’ was lovely. Products were high quality and beautifully presented. I bought it for a gift and I would definitely do so again.

Teether
We received the wooden and silicone bead personalised teether and it's such fantastic quality with a beautiful finish. It's perfect for my son to get right to those back gums where the teeth are coming up. He absolutely loves it, it's his go to teether. And a lovely keepsake with his name on it.

Gift for sister in law
My sister in law mentioned that her newborn was fiddling when feeding. I invited her to choose from Mama Jewels as I had loved their nursing necklaces and wanted to treat her. Delivery was fast and she is thrilled with the necklace.

Lovely, imaginative gifts
Good value, unusual but practical products, beautifully packaged. My daughter has the initials of the two babies she lost and her precious six month old on her bracelet and that same baby will play and chew on the necklace whilst feeding.I very much look forward to seeing new gifts for my niece and the baby to arrive in the summer.
