My parcel arrived safe and sound and the product was perfect but the tracking was non-existent. This meant my husband received the parcel early when it was supposed to be a surprise. Obviously this wasn't Malt and Spirits issue but the delivery company. However it is about managing expectations. Don't offer tracking if it cannot be done. However would still buy from you again.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. It was easy to order online and a very quick delivery. Price was reasonable too compared to the same product elsewhere.

First time I have used maltsandspirits. I was looking for the Ncn’ean organic single malt which was sold out with most suppliers. Managed to secure a couple of bottles (2 different customers to honour the one bottle per customer requirement) at normal cost. Great service overall.

I must admit to having reservations about buying fragile and precious tipple online, however this is now going to be my ‘go to’ method for purchasing my booze.

The site is easily navigated and they have a large and diverse range, I am a Whisky man but ordered 2bottles of Watsons rum for a change. Competitive pricing and various offers make for hard but enjoyable choices.

One of my ordered bottles was a birthday gift so I was relieved when delivery was fast, direct to my door and very robustly packaged.
