Very good service
Very good service, professional staff, good prices as well. I just took my braces off after almost 2 years and results are brilliant, I also had few fillings from the beautiful dr. Roxanna and I can say those are the best fillings I've ever had, I can't believe how great they are, just amazing, very well done and good price too. I'm very happy and satisfied overall. I also had treatments and cleaning of my gums, again, results are just wonderful. I would recommend it to everyone, these guys from malmin are just awesome. Thank you.

These Orthodontists are amazing. Fast, accurate, super professional, always on time. Real specialist at what they do, they take very individual but also effcient approach to every client. My daughter's situation was challenging, but they are approaching it pragmatically & positivelly. I would very highly recommend this ORthodontic Practice. MS

Had Invisalign with Malmin. Top quality advice and service throughout the process, as they have deep expertise in this field due to the large number of patients treated over the years. Latest technology available on site. Very well organised - easy to book and change appointments. It matters due to the number of appointments with Invisalign.

0/10, do not recommend. Bad quality service. Appointment is always delayed even though there is nobody else waiting. The appointment feels rushed and they don't usually speak to you about what they are going to do to you during the appointment. Booking an appointment is the worst because how am I being told that a there are barely any appointments when I am trying to book 3 months in advance. Reception usually does not answer and it goes straight to voicemail.
Iâve had a very unpleasant visit hereâŠ
Iâve had a very bad experience here unfortunately. Dr Benjamin Saldel in my opinion is not sure what heâs doing. The filing he fitted cost me ÂŁ300 and he said that heâs not happy with it and that it needs replacing at a cost of another ÂŁ900! I would never trust him again to do it! I went elsewhere and fixed the tooth at much lower price!

Unpleasant Experience was Rectified
Two days ago I was about to give this practice a one star review which I thought I would never have to do ....but this was based on an unpleasant experience my daughter had at the time.
It was the second time my daughter had to encounter health professionals treating her in an unkind manner within the 3 years that she has been visiting this practice.
Due to the speedy intervention by The Reception Team who spoke to The Practice Manager on my behalf I was given the opportunity to discuss with The Manager my disappointment ( not of the service but the manner in which my daughter was treated and spoken to in front of my very own eyes)!!!
Following this discussion we were offered another appointment two days later and met with another Orthodontist Team who I must say were very professional.

( I must add here and this is by no means a critique...bearing in mind during The Height of Covid....many parents weren't allowed into The Examination Room with their children.. therefore many of the information and advice from the health professionals would've been discussed with the children and not to the parents....which would've meant a minor relaying information provided to them back to their parents which we all know that most times when a minor has to explain to you what was told to them not everything they would remember so for future reference it might be best to also speak to the parent to discuss anything in relation to treatment, follow up and also NHS charges.

Malmin Farringdon - refusal to refund an unauthorised charge on my debit card
I booked an appointment by telephone and gave my card details to pay a ÂŁ30 deposit. The practice subsequently overcharged my card by ÂŁ10. I emailed to request a refund for the unauthorised charge of ÂŁ10 and received an extremely rude call from one of the staff. This was followed by an email from the practice manager, telling me that it was the firm's standard practice to charge ÂŁ40, despite the fact that I was definitively told ÂŁ30 on the phone. I spent hundreds of pounds on my first appointment at this practice last year and was willing to spend thousands more on potential Invisalign treatment. I was not requesting a refund for the full amount but just the ÂŁ10 overcharge, which I did not authorise. It is astounding to me that due to the complete lack of professionalism shown by three members of staff, including the practice manager, they have lost a potential patient for life because of their refusal to admit a ÂŁ10 'error' on their behalf. This is not good customer service!

Bad service. Not flexible with anything e. g. latest appointment possible when referred from NHS is 2:30pm, so the child always lose a day in school.

Malmin orthodontics in London Finchley Road are absolutely horrible and unprofessional!
I went to get my braces fitted in back in September with Jayne Cooper.
The dentist Jayne Cooper fitted my braces in and ever since she fitted them
In I had horrifying mouth ulcers, a broken bracket and incrutiating pain!
I complained about this on several occasions only to have been ignored and told to take pain killers! Even when I went in to show her the ulcers in my mouth, she denied seeing any and that should have been the wake up
Call to the clinic owners as either the receptionist, assistants and I were going blind or either Jayne Cooper wore someone elseâs glasses!
One day after being given an appointment to see Jayne Cooper , she made me
Wait for 1 hour only then to tell me that she had to be somewhere and thereâs nothing that she could do at 5.30pm!
Finally I had enough and I went in and asked them to take the braces out after having them fitted in for only one week. This was due to the fact that I was constantly being ignored and feeling neglected!
After doing this, I asked for the remainder of my money to be refunded as I had paid in full ÂŁ2200 for metal braces) and the manager agreed.
Upon waiting for my refund, I was promised every week for four weeks that I would receive my refund within 3 to 5âdays as either Alma was on holiday or the accountant was on holiday.
This dental clinic must think that people are donkeys or were born two days ago to believe that the staff from the dental clinic are on holiday every week. But I let it go as I had no interest in any of these unprofessional people!
Finally
On Tuesday 9th November 2021 I had enough of Alma Conellyâs and the receptionists rubbish that I called her and told her that if she does not refund the remainder of my money then I would contact NHS ENGLAND and come to the clinic and cause a scene and thankfully then she refunded my
Money!
People do not go to this clinic as a private patient, this clinic mainly serves NHS patients due to their poor service and unprofessional customer service! They will refuse to see you or listen to any concerns unless you do not bug them! Also, the dental assistants seem to love advising patients rather than the orthodontist which is very funny.
If you ever have any problems then
Do complain to NHS ENGLAND as the manager and orthodontists take the p**** with innocent patients!
I went to this clinic as I believed that the orthodontists were professional and would be able straighten my teeth without problems. Instead I ended up with unnecessary stress, lost money, lost two weeks income from work, had to listen to the dental assistant giving her opinion as if I needed advice from a dental assistant and finally having to deal with Alma Conellyâs holiday stories!
This really was an absolute tragedy however now that I remember her stories, it really makes me laugh!
Redbridge team
I was with my son for bracelets in Redbridge. Wonderful team never had a problem with them. They have done great job, my son teeth look amazing . They have been very supportive.
