I had a great learning experience at MNC Academy. I completed my OET CBT and NHS interview preparation here, and the trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and well-organized throughout the course. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mallu Nursing Couple Academy (MNC Academy) for helping me achieve my dream of securing an NHS Band 5 nursing position.

My journey was not an easy one. I cleared my OET and CBT exams while I was in India and was eagerly waiting for an NHS direct recruitment interview. Unfortunately, the recruitment process suddenly slowed down, and despite waiting for almost one and a half years, nothing changed. Instead of giving up, I decided to pursue a Master’s in Public Health at Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK.

After arriving in the UK, I completed my OSCE and, by God’s grace, passed it on my first attempt. Soon after, I received my NMC PIN number and started applying for Band 5 jobs through Trac Jobs. I submitted around 30 applications on my own, but every single one resulted in rejection. It was mentally exhausting and emotionally draining.
