Cant fault service or support at all
Whatever the question or issue you can always speak to someone and they can usually answer things there and then. Any small development glitches are fixed and you get great timely updates.
We have been with them as a platform for a couple of years and cannot fault them.

Very helpful phone call with Benoit from the Making Music Platform team yesterday (as well as many other days!), helping resolve a few issues that were still outstanding after we moved our choir website and main information-sharing functions onto the platform.
