MakeYourPuzzles Omdömen

The puzzle I ordered did not have the number of pieces I thought I had ordered. After several emails back and forth, the company is sending a new puzzle at no additional cost. I'm very thankful and appreciative that this company is putting their customer satisfaction first! I feel sure once I have received the new puzzle that I will be ordering from them again ...

quick turn around and so far pic looks great

This was my first order through MakeYourPuzzles, and it will not be my last! I chose a photo from our trip to Switzerland and it came out beautifully!! Love the packaging and even more loved the free/fast shipping. I can wholeheartedly recommend you give them a try!!

I had this puzzle made as a birthday gift for my sister. It's made up of 3 photos, one of my niece at her bridal shower, along with her sister (a bridesmaid) and the bride's 2 daughters ( also bridesmaids), and the other 2 photos of the 2 daughters of the bride at the wedding. My sister absolutely loved it. The puzzle is of good quality and arrived very quickly. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Beautifully crafted, well made PERSONAL puzzle! Great gift to one of of my Virtual Cook Along “regulars”! She loved it! Working with you was easy - you were responsive and very accommodating.

Outstanding communication, good templates and guidance with image resolution, excellent quality, and super prompt tracking and delivery! Thank you! Highly recommended to others!

We are putting the puzzle together now and are very pleased with the result, cut and fun of the puzzle! I was also very pleased with delivery time after the order. I had this well within the week that I ordered.

Speedy and beautiful.
We gave a collage puzzle to our son and his fiancee for an engagement gift. They have yet to put it together, but my puzzle-loving son immediately opened it to "check the quality of the puzzle pieces" and he was happy.

Great customer relations. Great product. Prompt delivery.

Thank you! Customer service was so helpful in fixing a problem and puzzles turned out great!

I’ve ordered a few puzzles from this company & have always been very pleased with their customer service & of course, the products, too.

Puzzle perfect!!!!! I am so happy!

We got it in the end and it looks fine! So thank you.

This is the first time that I customized a puzzle. It was fun and got it quickly. It is of good quality. I got a 1000 piece puzzle with 64 photos of foursomes out on the golf course, many drinking birdie shots. The puzzle was like 17 inches by 26 inches, Should have been bigger, but when I customized and then ordered it, I did not take that into consideration. Next time I will as the individual pieces were quite small.

Great customer service and high quality puzzle!! I emailed customer service at 11:00 pm on a Saturday, expecting a response Monday. To my surprise I received a response within 15 minutes. I was wanting to upgrade to express shipping to make sure I received the puzzle by Mothers Day since I procrastinated on ordering. They told me no need to and I would have a my puzzle in time. I ordered mine late Saturday night and received on Wednesday. My wife was very surprised and loved her special gift!

I was so impressed by the customer service I used this example in my weekly meeting with my employees!

Easy creation, excellent execution. The puzzle image creation process was simple and direct. The puzzle was crafted and shipped out within 5 days, and I received it quickly. The pieces are solid with vibrant colors. Would recommend.
