There was an option in the gift card plugin settings that broke the functionallity of the PDF feature, but the support answered quick via the chat and was very helpful. It works now :)

Very user friendly!
I purchased this plug in to add subscriptions to my website. I am not a web designer but this was explained step by step and made it easy to set everything up. When there was an issue, they were prompt to get it fixed.
