Don't recommend!

I live in Cyprus and the perfumes I wanted were no longer available in their Cyprus online shop. I found the same perfumes in their Greek website and contacted them asking if I can purchase them and if they can deliver to Cyprus. I received their response stating they can ship to Cyprus. So I sent my email on 01/01/2026 at about 2am and received ther email in about 6 hours. As you can see, it was the New Year day and I'm sure most of the world wasn't working. Before I contacted them, the perfume I wanted was advertised for €19 on their website. As soon as I received their response, the price went up to €31. When I asked them why they increased the price within a few hours, they gave me a lame explanation.
Then I found another perfume which on their website was on sale. I contacted them asking how I can buy it. I even sent them a screenshot of my cart. They asked me to give them my contact info and they will send me the perfume and I'll pay for it on delivery. After sending them my contact info, I received their email stating that they can't help me and that I should buy from their Cyprus shop.
What the hell was that? How can you send me 4 emails stating that you can send the perfumes to Cyprus, but refuse to do so after you receive my contact details?! Is this some kind of scam? I'm definitely going to report them to appropriate authorities. I'm very disappointed and don't recommend it to anyone.

The aromata are not authentic, packed in simple paper inside, no nylon around the box like in the normal shops, not original package. I JUST got the parcel, very diassapointed, the do not answer the letter about refund. Do not shop. Stay away.

Worst experience possible - Don't try it

1. Even though I ordered a cosmetic product requesting specifically for a long expiration date, I received one expiring in 3 months!
2. The delivery date within 1-2 working days in Athens is totally misleading. You would need at least 5-6 days.
3. The agent at their call center is not an active listener and isn't there to actually help.
Really bad experience overall. Don't try it.

I ordered the Casmir perfume, which doesn’t even qualify as a decent cologne – and when I contacted them, they simply said they were waiting for a response from the warehouse. That response never came. Unfortunately, the perfumes are fake.

The worst e-shop!

They sent me an open product and when complaint insisted that it is how they get it from supplier. ....no return initiated, and no refund....the worst e-ship I have ever had....simply unacceptable!! I will don buy anything else from them! ...I lost 10 euros they lost a good customer!! Good for the other proper shops in Greece!!!

Awful delivery service!!!

Unfortunately the store assigns postage of purchased goods to elta-courier. This is too bad for their reputation. I have not yet received a much needed product of supplements that was dispatched on 11/12/2024. Today, 30/12/2024, the package is still at the Athens depot of the courier...it is there since 17/12/2024 (according to the package tracking).
I'll think twice before ordering anything from makeup.gr in the future after this experience.

Be careful!!! ⚠️

As soon as I put a negative review and photo on their website about a defective bottle of perfume they sent me and harassed me beyond belief for days until they accept it back, they immediately remove my review again and again arbitrarily to hide the truth about the problematic product from the people! I have also been asking them for a long time to give me an address of someone director in charge of their company in Greece where I can send a court document and they refuse saying that it does not exist! They have also blocked me on paypal without notifying me as they should have!

If you are unlucky and they send you a defective product and you have to return it.. then know that you must forget your money! They will make you suffer unimaginable things! The company is operated by a money laundering mafia. AWAY DANGER!!!

Neither the satisfaction of your customers comes first, nor do you respect them in the slightest! I do NOT accept your apology and you are the worst professional I have dealt with in my many years of online shopping of all kinds. You wear out the customer's soul and make him wait a long time and order him to endure the senseless tortures you put him through when the customer does not accept your small gifts with which you seek to buy him off - not under the law - but by taking the law in your hands which you arbitrarily modify only as it suits you! I saw in comments that you did the same to other customers, so you have a system. In my case, however, where there is a prosecutor in my family, all this tyranny will not simply pass. I will stop you from taking advantage of the mental health and money of the customers which you illegally withhold after you have exhausted him psychologically as I have already taken legal action and sanctions will be imposed on every manager and every employee of your company. I was begging you to act quickly as I am moving house and my time is limited and so is my health as I am undergoing surgeries but you have COMPLETELY ignored doing the exact opposite! Πολύ κακή κακή εξυπηρέτηση.... Αγοράστε από αλλού!!!!

Τοποθετώ ένα αστέρι αναγκαστικά και όχι γιατί το θέλω ουσιαστικά δεν αξίζει ούτε ένα. Πολύ αργή παράδοση. Προσωπικό που σε ότι ερώτηση και αν τους κάνεις επαναλαμβάνουν την ίδια αιτιολογία '' δεν αναλαμβάνουμε ευθύνη ''. Είχα ζητήσει δειγματάκια που όλοι σου τοποθετούν και χωρίς να το ζητήσεις και η απάντηση ήταν ότι το σύστημα διαλέγει αυτόματα αναλόγως τον πελάτη. Όταν ρώτησα τι εννοείτε η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν ότι δεν γνωρίζουν τα κριτήρια επιλογής του συστήματος. Άρα δουλεύεις για μια επιχείρηση και δεν γνωρίζεις πως δουλεύει η επιχείρηση. Και εγώ έχω να πω, μπάτε σκύλοι αλέστε.

the person on the phone is very rude...specifically a girl with a foreign accent...I placed an order for around €70 and called to ask about a face powder and to make a second order and she spoke to me ironically...I explain to her that the powder what I'm looking for... 10 minutes ago it was on your site and now it can't be seen even if I ask the reason and if it's finished....she asked me the same thing 50 times to tell her the product code....and I explain to her that it's not is there even a way to tell you the password??? I regretted ordering from this site and tried to cancel my order but they told me that it has already left and is coming....also i told to her about her abrupt manners

Företag kan be sina kunder om omdömen via automatiska inbjudningar. Dessa omdömen markeras som verifierade för att visa att det handlar om verifierade upplevelser.
