DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
Worst service and you will never get what you want, very bad quality, they kept saying they will dispatch the order but never did, it’s been over 3 months and I paid all this money plus Extra shipping hoping to get it faster but so far I get nothing! Also the picture they sent me of the plush looks horrible!! It’s nothing like what they post on their website, and they said they couldn’t do any better! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Beware of this scam! I should have read the reviews. I ordered the smallest size and specifically selected only one color because it was the cheapest option and I just wanted to try it out. After receiving only the order confirmation and nothing further happening, I searched for reviews and found the negative experiences. I then contacted them to ask where my order was. I received a message saying I owed an additional $150 because the colors were supposedly so complicated. Completely appalled, I replied that I had specifically chosen the cheapest option and that I either wanted it in black and white or they should cancel my order. Otherwise, I would take legal action. This was done, and I received a refund. Afterward, I received another email, which I personally found quite rude, telling me to read the description properly before ordering. Which is exactly what I did; otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen the cheapest option. Therefore, I can only warn others. This is not a reputable company, and I strongly advise against ordering from them.

I ordered a custom character plushie for my kids from makemyplush.com and it arrived today.
We could not be happier with the result and the service received - we were updated at every stage and shown a picture of the final product before it was shipped to us.
If you are careful and are exact in what you want they will honour it faithfully.
For what it is, the price was great value too, you'd pay more for a same sized mass produced plushie.

Outrageous. Been 2 months, came late, and missing pieces are still not sent. Avoid at all costs.

Made order . Took payment order confirmation received . Few hours later payment failed and refund in 5-7 days . Attempt message and email no reply . Spoke to bank to get my money back ! SCAMMERS

**Avoid at all costs** *SCAM* this place is a scam I ordered a plush and paid for it. I received confirmation. A couple of days later they told me that I have to pay extra for a 'dragon fee'. I asked for my money back and they didn't want to give me a refund. Luckily I paid using paypal and managed to get my money back.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Got scammed!!! Horrible customer service. My son never received his plushie and they took my money! It was way overpriced too. I decided to go with it because my son really wanted a plushie of the picture he drew of his dog for Christmas!! They didn’t respond to my numerous emails and Instagram messages. They lied at one point and said they “dispatched” it. Then never gave me the tracking number and still won’t. Please save your money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I didn’t get a plush I got a $60 cushion save you money their crap.

They are saying I need to pay 70 USD more to be able to get my plushie when I already paid £17 pound to get it

Very bad experience with MakeMyPlush. I placed my order in October 2022; after a lot of email exchanges and remakings of the toy, the company was not able to make the toy according to the picture I sent. Last communication with the team was in May 2024, when it was promised (yet again) that I would get a refund of the shipping costs. After that I sent numerous reminders, both through email and their Instagram account, and received no reply.
I have lost almost 100 EUR, loads of time in email writing, and up to now have not received even the refund of the shipping
costs, which is the minimum that they can do for the toy they never sent.
