Easy ordering system, the food is delivered next day and it is still frozen. Customer service is friendly and address any issue immediately. The quality of the food is 5*, both the puppy and adult range are fantastic, our dogs love them.

Great customer service as I needed to query something before I ordered, I was responded to very promptly. My orders arrive safely packed and still frozen and I really like the packaging as it’s very much hassle free and can just go back in fridge when finished with.

My 10 year old miniature Dachshund was on raw in the past but he has so many allergies it became difficult to get the right ingredients.
Now he’s has just Beef with no extra ingredients at the moment and he seems so much more energetic and less itchy and he absolutely loves it.
The subscription option is great as I don’t have to think about re ordering.

We have two bulldogs they have been on a raw diet for the since puppies the benefits are all true but until Majors Banquet we were picking up more and more white poo,? a sigh that the % of bone in the ingredients was increasing switching to Majors Banquet,the girls poo is the correct colour and we get no more white poo.

My order hasn’t been dispatched to DPD a week after the order, I have emailed them asking where’s my order, I’m currently waiting for a reply.
I will update when it’s resolved
I have had a response and it’s all being rectified and apparently it’s not happened before under the subscription service, it turns out it was DPD not scanning the order once they received it, so it sat in their warehouse. I am getting my order asap.
I would like to add that they have been very helpful and overall I am very happy with the service I got from them

I was recommended your product by Pablos owner and my dog loves it so fresh I do sometimes have to add cheese because he has an obsession.

My adult frenchie and puppy bulldog are absolutely loving majors banquet. I love the packaging, feels much more hygienic than other brands snd easy to portion out for the puppy still on 4 meals per day.
Clean bowls every time and very happy dogs.

First time ordering, I seen they had donated food to pabsandfriends rescue. And wasn’t disappointed when my order arrived and Alfie & Nellie my frenchies loved it. Great packaging very very happy overall already have a second order in. Could you do venison without the chicken though.

So far so good, they seem to really enjoy it !

My Frenchie loves Majors! We have tried most of the flavours and she finishes them all in literally seconds. The only dog food we will ever buy now! I ordered yesterday it was delivered this afternoon, Thank you Majors for providing the best quality dog food!
