Internet radio problem fixed very efficiently
I recently had a problem with reception on my Majority internet radio. The support team responded very quickly to my email and it turned out the problem was not with the device but with the streaming website.
They followed up the next day to say the streaming problem had been fixed, and explained how I might need to go through various steps to reconnect my device. I followed their very clear instructions and the problem was fixed. I am delighted with the efficiency of their service.

I bought the Majority Sound Bar to replace our Panasonic Stereo System!!
I bought the Majority Sound Bar as our small Samsung TV seemed to have an inadequate sound system once our Panasonic Sound System failed. Purchased the Majority Sound Bar from Amazon and was soon distraught with the sound system in that I couldn’t seem to get it to work. After contacting Majority they set me up with Emilyn, a Technician in England who provided the technical guidance for me to get the Majority system connected and working fine!! Bravo to Majority for providing a solid sound system.

Great sound and overall quality
I bought a Homerton 2 internet and CD player after a lot of internet research and being impressed with the great reviews from customers. I am very impressed with the build, sound and connectivity qualities of the Homerton and would definitely recommend it to discerning music lovers.

My Bowfell is ideal for my situation…
My Bowfell is ideal for my situation (kitchen Sky Box/TV), compact and good quality for its size. Initial issue with Optical connection which was a Sky Mini Box problem which just needed an audio setting change in the Sky Box.
Now very satisfied as previously mentioned.
Customer service is rapid and professional.

Brilliant customer service.
I bought the Majority Plus Turntable which works a treat, good sound. Instructions are clear. Easy to record to USB stick. I had a problem playing the recorded USB stick in my car, so I contacted customer service who explained that the problem was the cheap adapter I was using so I bought a good quality one (Anker) and now it works perfectly. Brilliant customer sevice, highly reccommended.

Majority Fitzwilliam 3 huge thumbs up!
I'm always wary of writing instant reviews of a company or products, so in saying that I should say that I am delighted with my purchase of the Majority Fitzwilliam 3 Tuner in June 2024! I was putting together a home hi-fi system on a fairly tight budget. I had the turntable, CD player, amplifier &speakers leaving me with only a tuner to complete the system. The Fitzwilliam 3 has every function that one could wish for at a price that is amazing value! I use it on a daily basis usually for Bluetooth Spotify from my phone, tablet or PC and the connection is instant and clean. Alternatively I use the Internet Radio/DAB+ to listen to broadcasts from both the UK as well as the USA. They all come through perfectly clearly via the aerial supplied. I have 18+ months of totally trouble free use which I count as an excellent score for the Majority Fitzwilliam 3 and should I ever have a need for any of the other items in the Majority range I would make the company my go to source without any hesitation.

Quality streaming for a great price
This device arrived within 12hrs of ordering. Very easy set up and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Excellent price and quality sound. Already searched and loaded my favourite Internet radio channels, including my favourite French channel RTL 2. I would certainly recommend it, easy to extend warranty to 3 years free of charge, just scan the QR code enclosed and follow simple instructions.

Brilliant service
I was contacted within minutes of seeking help, with a technical issue on my DAB radio, Landbeach which had been excellent up until that point. I was asked a few questions and then given a resolution to try. The suggestion worked and normal service was restored. Very effective, friendly and successful support.

I have happily had a TETON soundbar for a long while. Upon changing broadband/TV setup. I required assurance of connection. The response from Majority was excellent, quick and very helpful. Great product, great backup service. Will return for future purchases.

Good choice of models
Good choice of models. I bought the Homerton 2. Compact, smart and has great sound quality ( I like my music played loudly). Easy set up.Well made. Really pleased with it.

Award Majority Tech Support 5*****
A brand new sound bar given me as a present had a damaged jack plug on the audio lead. Although Majority customer care were extremely unhelpful in my request for a replacement, Majority Tech Support were the opposite, and within minutes of me contacting them, had posted me a replacement.
WELL done and must give 5***** rating.

Excellent service and products
I have two of their turntables and the Quadriga CD Radio player.......the products and sound quality from them all is excellent and their tech support has always been almost instant responses and always good.

Majority Barton radio - don't buy.
Majority Barton radio. Poorly designed, software/firmware is unstable - needs to be constantly reset, otherwise volume is uncontrollable. Dual purpose On/off + DAB/FM select switch is awful. Preset station set up is clunky and unreliable - preset stations get lost and can't be selected unless you precisely follow steps. Audio quality is scratchy at best. Volume control increases in digital steps - typical of a cheaply designed product - means it's hard to find a sound volume that's just right. It's either too loud or too quiet. When purchased, it was understood that this was a budget item, but there are other far better similarly priced products.
Overall, a poorly designed and executed product.
