Great customer service
I bought a Majority sound bar for my TV back in March. I am living in Spain, and bought it from Amazon.es. I connected it to the TV with an optical cable. The sound has always been very good, so much better than the original TV speakers. For some reason, though, the sound level cannot be adjusted by the TV remote control in this mode, so I needed to use the Majority remote control for this. Unfortunately, the volume control on the remote control was very flakey, and although it worked it was very slow to respond. Over time this problem got worse, and replacing the batteries didn't help. Recently, I had given up using the remote and had to go over to the sound bar in order to change the volume. Eventually, I contacted the Majority customer service department by email. To many amazement, the got back to me in a few minutes, and said that they would send me a new remote control. They did this through Amazon in Spain and it arrived yesterday. To my delight it works perfectly and I am very happy. Great product, and even better service! Pop

Good product at competitive price …
Good explaination of products together with videos is helpful. The products are reasonably price . My bedside clock radio has a great sound for such a small unit.

Majority fitzwilliam streamer,2004
Majority fitzwilliam streamer,says it plays spotify but will not stream lossless only 32kb ps,this to me is a waste of time,I only found out after I had had it a few weeks and decided to subscribe,good job it was a free trial,everything else bar the build quality is ok ,phono sockets on the back were not very solid and wobbled about worryingly when trying to fit cables as the seem a bit larger than other sockets on my other equipment so be carefull when trying

Moto Plus turntable and Speakers
I purchased the Moto Plus turntable and speakers because it was a British company with a three year warranty and wanted external speakers. The product was easy to set up and use and the sound quality was, in my opinion, good. It was easy to set up the bluetooth connection with other devices. The only problem I found was the automatic turn off on the turntable for 7in records cut in before the record ended. On 12in records it was fine.

When playing records with additional tracks, we recommend switching the 'Auto Stop switch' set to off, this will allow the turntable to play all songs on your disc without interruption. Fitzwilliam 2024 is Excellent Value!
I studied options for a high quality DAB+ radio with a budget price late last year. I picked a Majority Fitzwilliam 2024 radio which gives access to DAB+, 2500 worldwide stations on Internet radio, Bluetooth, FM, podcasts, Aux In-3.5mm, USB stick and Spotify too but sadly requires a paid Spotify subscription at a cost I can't justify. It comes with a remote control and also supports the UNDOK & OKTIV apps which makes searching for & selecting stations an absolute breeze. I have connected it to a cheap Fosi BT10A 50W Amp and a pair of unpowered HIFI speakers. The sound quality is superb! Majority's Support service is also great as I found out when our dog chewed up the remote control. Extremely happy with my Fitzwilliam 2024 and Majority!

Excellent Customer Support
I recently contacted the Majority Customer Services regarding an issue with my soundbar suddenly not able to turn on by the remote.
I received a reply almost immediately and it was agreed that a replacement remote would be sent. It arrived in a few days, and problem solved.
Very satisfied and pleased with the customer support provided. Top marks!

I have purchased the dvd player
I have purchased the dvd player. I love it. If I have to turn it off for any reason it automatically resumes. It also plays my cd audiobooks which means that I can now play cds in my bedroom as well so reducing my phone usage.

Majority responsive and effective troubleshooting!
Majority Audio responded to my email query re sudden static on a 3 year old Oakington Radio/CD player within 24 hours, not just with a line or two, but with a personalised letter asking for more information. I listen to the ABC Classic FM radio all day, and normally the quality is superb, but suddenly one morning it had noticeable static, whatever I did with the switches.
I replied to their letter, and they immediately wrote back suggesting (very politely) that I test changing stations. I did so and the static persisted, but then when I reset all stations it was fine again.
Finally, Majority signed off with another personalised letter, assuring me of further assistance whenever I needed it!
And this was all without ever taking up a formal warranty!!
Majority were responsive, friendly & polite, and most importantly, new their stuff!!

Immediate response to a complaint dealt with in minutes.
After a radio that I had been given as a gift over a year ago failed to work properly, I contacted the Majority website and asked for advice. Normally most companies delay responding for several days but to my surprise I got an email within a few minutes! I explained the problem and was given a couple of options, one of which, reset the radio to factory settings, I tried immediately. And within a minute or two I was able to listen to a station that I had been unable to access. The lady who dealt with my case was most helpful and pleasant, it was a pleasure to speak to her. I have never before come across such rapid and efficient service since becoming a computer user. Truly first class service.
