Awful experience

Awful experience. Ordered and had to wait nearly a month for the order. After consistent back and forth I finally received. No good gesture of refund, only excuses about product shipping delays. If you are going to advertise your product on an offer and it still be advertised whilst I am awaiting my order this is terrible service. You as a company should understand stock and have a back up for things not going too plan. You should not expect your customers to just accept when it’s way over your own stated delivery period.

We do want to share the full picture for transparency. Your order was placed as a preorder, which carries a stated lead time of up to 8 weeks. Your bundle was dispatched just 13 days after ordering — well within that window and significantly ahead of the stated timeframe.

The only item affected was the Kessa Glove, which was delayed due to a supplier issue outside of our control. Rather than ask you to wait, we dispatched the rest of your order immediately, kept you updated throughout, and sent your Kessa as a priority the moment stock arrived. Store credit was also added to your account as a gesture of goodwill.

We have also reached out to you personally and would love to hear from you directly so we can make sure you feel truly taken care of.

We hope you are now enjoying your full Maison Zee ritual, that is what we are here for.

Absolutely no honesty or transparency. I placed an order in November and had so many broken promises for delivery times. I was so excited about this company and their products but it is unacceptable to take people's money and then stop replying to genuine queries.

I loved and used all the products

I loved and used all the products. It’s really good when you dedicate a day to following all the steps. I did preorder this a while ago and the delivery wasn’t the fastest and an item was forgotten. I did communicate a few times but they were able to send out everything. I really do love this product and will continue supporting.

Scammers.

Scammers.

Waiting 11 weeks for my order so far and they are no longer responding to messages

I am having to claim back my money via my bank

I was incredibly patient but it comes to a point where the lies are just no longer good enough

They also breach GDPR rules - sending emails to hundreds of people publicly - not via BCC

Avoid avoid avoid do not give them your money
This company needs to close

Definitely Recommend

I absolutely love the products. The skincare has completely changed my routine for the better, and I’ve ordered several times now. My skin feels so much softer and I’ve genuinely noticed a reduction in pigmentation. I’ve tried so many exfoliating gloves over the years, but this one is honestly genius. It actually does what it’s meant to do and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. I've noticed a reduction in my acne too.
I’m obsessed with the body oil — I use it nearly every day. I use the clay and soap every other week and they make such a difference. My skin feels amazing.

Yes, there have been some delivery delays, but considering everything going on, it's completely understandable. I’ve always been kept in the loop with updates, which I really appreciate.

I think it’s a bit unfair that some people are leaving negative reviews purely based on delivery times, especially when Maison Zee clearly states that items are pre-order and sends regular email updates. I’ve always received my orders in the end, so it’s definitely not a scam.

Everything was great

Everything was great, only issue was the supply was out of the mitts and I wish i was told before I got concerned about my order, other than that, support was great once I got an update

The delays, the vague updates, and then having to chase again for a missing item, none of that was acceptable and I completely understand why you wouldn't want to come back. We went through a genuinely difficult period with stock delays from Morocco that affected fulfilment and communication, and it clearly let you down at every step. The products feel very clean without drying out the skin which I really appreciate since I have really dry skin. I also really love the black soap combines with the exfoliating glove for my keratosis Polaris. Would definitely buy again!

Amazing product

I strongly advise not to buy from this company!!!

I placed a full order with this company on February 2nd and, to this day, I still haven’t received my package. I tried contacting them and was told that the shipping was delayed because they were waiting for products. After a few more weeks, I reached out again, only to find out that the items were actually out of stock—even though I had previously been told they were already shipped.

I requested a refund, and of course, they offered only a partial refund along with sending the remaining items. It has now been another two weeks, and I still haven’t received any money or any shipment.

I contacted them again two days ago, but there has been no response.

This has been a nightmare. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this is a complete failure. I do not recommend this company—do not buy from them. Worst experience ever. Never again.
