Avoid this company!!!
I bought some shoes which were not only awful but did not fit.
I requested a refund only to be told I could have 15 %refund and keep them or send them back ( paying for postage I assume) and get 25%!!!
I’m sure this must be against all online regulations as nowhere is this info available at point of purchase.
Trading standards - please look at this company and ban them for the UK

Poor quality dress, ridiculously over sized but the main concern is that I have been unable to get an address to return it to or get the promise of a full refund. I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before purchasing.

Clothes ordered from maison de Lauren very poor quality.
Can’t get a refund unless I pay to return to China!
I wonder how that would work out!

Shoes were made of canvas and poor quality and not suitable for my feet. Have asked for a refund and they have offered replacement shoes but I have to pay shipping
Not happy at all. However I have consumer rights.

The sweater I ordered was not the same one photographed for the website. The white neckline had been sewed in navy blue wool. When I asked for a refund they only offered me a fraction of the cost. When I declined this they said I could send it tracked to an address in China at my expense. I have learned an expensive lesson.

DO NOT USE!!!!! Nothing is as described, inferior quality - cheap and nasty and NOT as described. They won’t give you your money back either. STAY CLEAR!!

Sent the wrong size shoes. Sending them back turns out to be a big problem. In the correspondence Offers various % discounts. I want to forget this like a bad dream. I do not recommend sending anything from this site to anyone.

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful Tartan winter coat. To say what was revieved was shoddy is putting ot mildly. It was supposed to be reduced from£125.00 to £49.95 I wouldn't pay a fiver for it. The 15% refund was ridiculous it eventually went up to 40%. Which was equally pathetic.

Absolutely don't go near this company.
Would be a minus score if I could! The item was ordered in March.
Item was promised for delivery in 2-4 days. It arrived in 14 days screwed up in a plastic bag.
The quality is extremely poor and the sizings are no where near UK sizes. The dress I ordered looked cheap and of a very poor quality.
I want to return it but they keep saying they'll knock me some money off and give a further credit towards next purchase. They have come back with 3 "goodwill gestures" of partial refunds and credits.
I have declined these but when asking again for a return address they say it will have to go back to China and need proof of postage and tracking.
I think the dress originated there but came into the UK first and was then forwarded on by Relay Couriers. There are no UK or China shipping marks or custom clearance labels on the packaging which suggests it has not come directly from China to me.
I have pointed this out to them and am waiting for a reply.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand too. I'm still waiting for my delivery which said they use Royal Mail which is a complete lie. It's getting stressful now that it won't arrive in time and won't be of a good quality when it does.

I bought a pair of shoes. They arrived , too small. I contacted the company they told me to keep the shoes and that they would arrange a replacement and charge me £15.83 for the shipping. I agreed as I really would like the shoes. However it is now 9th April and I have been waiting since 17th of February and still nothing , despite a chain of emails. Don't be fooled by their website they do not live up to their professed ethos at all. Very very disappointed.

I would never use this company again. Their adverts are incorrect ie prices I got a pair of shoes£34.95 supposed to be in sale they are to big and ate not willing to refund. As there advert states. The shoes sell at £18 on other sites.

If I could give minus score, I would. Shoes arrived broken. They are so so cheap looking. Honestly look like they came from the pound shop. I will have to pay shipping costs for a return.
This company are scammers. Do not use. I may as well have thrown my £49.99 down the toilet

Debenhams pricing, Temu quality. Temu style packaging. Crushed items in the grey plastic bag, poor quality materials, loose threads. Shipped from China. £90 on 3 tops, fit only for the bin. Horrible. Avoid.

Returns difficult although they state 30 day returns. Offered free replacement but did not want very poor quality and sizing disproportionate poor materials not value for money. 2nd attempt at returning offered 15% refund or 25% credit note again asked for refund and return. Then offered 20^ refund. Trying to fob me off. I would never deal with this co.pany again. Shoddy work procedures or lack of.

Delivery failed, tracking mechanism took me to a shopping market.
Website advised using advice box where both my order number and tracking number where 'not recognised'. After 10 days and several emails to this 'shop' I have yet to have either my purchase or reply.

I was sold a cheap version of a fitted blazer, it arrived with a hole and the hem down, they would NOT send me the return address nor give me my money back. Absolutely appalling service, when I read the reviews people said the company were not reputable,
which i believe now through my experience. I had to go to my bank with all the proof of emails and photos of the cheap faulty blazer and i got my money returned to me. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE .

Ordered a coat which looked stunning in the pictures. Arrived . Very cheap quality no label. Too small so sizing was incorrect as I am 12.
No way this was a 12.
Asked for a refund but told I could keep it and order something else. ( not surprised) I didn’t want anything else ! I asked for money back and was told I could have credit voucher or 15% refund.
Absolute joke! Beware!!! Total rip off!
I would never order again.
