L'emballage est la flacon de parfum rien a dire par contre le parfum ne tient pas longtemps environ 10 a 15 minutes

Je vous remercie pour vos conseils, mais étant un amateur averti de haute parfumerie, j'ai déjà effectué l'ensemble des tests d'usage : application sur points de pulsation, sur peau hydratée et même sur textile.
Le constat reste le même : la fragrance disparaît totalement en 15 minutes. Ce n'est pas une question de perception ou de type de peau, mais un réel problème de performance du produit, ce qui est anormal même pour une eau de toilette.
Au vu de ma fidélité et de mon expérience avec des parfums de grandes maisons, je ne peux me satisfaire de cette expérience. Quelle solution concrète (échange du lot ou remboursement) pouvez-vous me proposer pour remédier à ce défaut de qualité ?"

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que la tenue du parfum n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. La perception et la tenue d’une fragrance peuvent varier d’une peau à une autre en fonction du type de peau, de la chaleur et de l’environnement d’application.
Pour optimiser la tenue, nous conseillons généralement de vaporiser le parfum sur les points de pulsation (poignets, cou, derrière les oreilles) et sur une peau bien hydratée, ce qui permet de mieux fixer les notes olfactives.
Nous prenons toutefois votre remarque très au sérieux et la transmettons à notre équipe afin d’améliorer constamment la qualité de nos produits.

Ce que j'ai adoré :
• La fragrance : Le mélange de la Fleur de Coton et du Lotus apporte une douceur incroyable. Le sillage poudré de Musc et de Santal tient toute la journée, c'est un pur bonheur !
• Le flacon : Le design est magnifique et très luxueux, un vrai bijou sur ma coiffeuse.
• Le service client : J'ai été impressionnée par la qualité du service. L'équipe est très à l'écoute, professionnelle et réactive à la moindre question. On sent que la satisfaction client est leur priorité.
• La livraison : Un sans-faute ! Commande reçue avec une rapidité exemplaire, très bien emballée et protégée.
C'est devenu mon incontournable pour me sentir fraîche et élégante au quotidien. Je recommande les yeux fermés pour la qualité des produits et le sérieux de la boutique !

Luxury for everyone - White Coco of Maison El Nabil 💫
It's an elegant middle Eastern with a touch of gourmand fragrance that truly speaks luxury for everyone.
I got the Maison El Nabil - White Coco
It comes in a simple package, yet the bottle and its top cover shows mere luxury and elegance in a white bottle. What I adore from the bottle itself, was it's Automizer which in just one sprit test it spreads out widely and you're covered in two sprits I would say. Because not a number of perfume gets it right with their Automizer spray and it sucks when you don't get the right amount of the fragrance just in single or two sprays.
So yes, this part amuses me that much. But entirely, this is a go to perfume for me now, how I would love to get my hands on their other gourmand scents too.
