I placed an order for several items on their website. Took ages to arrive and the glass bowl was shattered into pieces. I took a photo and sent to them. They said that I was not entitled to a refund as I didn’t contact them within three days of the package arriving. There is a U.K. law to protect all online customers which they clearly didn’t care about. If goods are faulty, a customer is given 14 days to contact the shipper for a refund. That is the law. They are now offering a refund. I can’t recommend this company as other items were poor quality for the cost.

I would suggest being very careful to order from this company. I ordered a simple set of hand towels. I am shocked to learn they are being dispatched to me from China. The amount of fossil fuel and logistics for an individual order of hand towels is astonishing! I was told this is described in the FAQ which is practically useless. I am incredibly disappointed in myself for making this order and would have never made it had i known.

Do not buy from this company. Amazing marketing, terrible, over priced, poor quality products. I ordered 4 luxury suit hangers. They took weeks to arrive and were £38.00 for 4. When they arrived you had to make them up yourself and every one was damaged. Absolute waste of money only fit for the bin. Don’t be taken in by the adverts - you could buy better quality for way less on eBay / Amazon and have them delivered next day. I was fooled ! Not going to bother sending back as I suspect it will be difficult and time consuming- life is too short. Avoid this company at all costs!

ok, felt for it again, beautiful pic on instagram and they keep on haunting you. A gorgegous oyster dish, a lovely oil bottle. well received it and you know it:
awful, small, made in chine factories and nothing like promised. Can slap myself for falling for it again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..
If there is an issue with the product they do not reply to emails..
Twice I have had a broken item and after the second delivery when that was also broken I sent three emails for a replacement but have not received a reply or my money back.
They want you to buy their goods but don't follow up when complaints are made..

Poor quality, lousy customer service. I recently purchased a bathroom mat. It is so small and thin. Certainly not worth the 34 dollars I paid. I tried to return. They wanted pictures and more. I have to pay for the return shipping even though the product is of poor quality and doesnt look like the picture on their site. Insult to injury.

I would just like to give Maison & Fitch a 5* review.. I called to ask where my items were, the very next day they arrived.. very impressed with the rapid response I received, & absolutely love my items too.. So well done. 👏👏.

They are misleading and lie to you. I still haven’t received my order after multiple emails and they have no care for their customers concerns

I do wish now that I’d checked out the reviews on this seller before I purchased.

Promotions are completely misleading resulting in a purchase that is below acceptable quality and does not reflect the high cost value paid.

Extensive lead time on delivery undisclosed until after purchase and origin of seller equally undisclosed.

Packaging of delivery was something else and not in a good way particularly considering the high value of the purchased items.

Hopeless negotiating any dissatisfaction for return with this seller when the buyer has to pay ridiculous return costs for inferior quality purchases.

Tantamount to a scam in reality.

Will most definitely not purchase from this seller again and urge anyone not to buy from Maison & Fitch likewise.

I Purchased acrylic purse holders for shelves and it’s tiny and expensive and it’s deceiving their picture shows regular size purses but there’s no way they’re only for tiny purses. I feel completely ripped off.

Absolute joke. The quality is absolutely terrible. Cheap rubbish that you can never return because you have to pay silly prices to post. Scammers. Disgraceful. How are people like that even allowed to get away with doing things like that.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I bought the 5 figurines Mambo set. When they arrived it was clear that they just dropshipped some Chinese garbage. The colors look nothing like the pictures on their webshop. The colors are bleeding out on al parts, are dull and are just in general really sloppy done.

Their customer service is worthless. They don't pay for the return which means that you as a customer (not from the US) cant return them because of sky high return prices.

They deliberately scam you. They know that their Chinese products get shipped out straight from China to you so they dont even get them in hand themselves. They know the quality is extremely bad and they do nothing about it. Its a complete waste of money.
