Terrible experience with this store. They claim items are ‘100% refundable,’ but when you try to return something they suddenly refuse and make excuses. Completely dishonest and feels like a scam. On top of that, their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I would never shop here again.”

Received a coat that is a piece of garbage, not at all like the picture shown. Too small and not long below the knee. Obviously some cheap item made in China. And apparently I can't return it as it was a sale item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered and now I'm one of the many that they have deceived. Like another, the "sweater" was nothing like the picture, took almost a month to arrive and when I asked for money back, said this was part of a "sale" and couldn't be returned and offered me 30% off! Sent picture from website that shows that there is money back guarantee and nothing! Buyer beware and stay away!!!

I placed an order two weeks ago. Buyer beware - this isn’t a cute little boutique in Ottawa - orders are shipped from China. The quality is nothing like the website advertises - it’s cheap, poorly made garbage. The order took ages to arrive and when it did it was missing one item. Don’t waste your money!

I have asked my credit card company to investigate, they don’t answer your emails, none of my purchases have been delivered. They keep sending me emails saying that stuff is in the mail but it never comes. The first email they sent was saying that my delivery was delayed.
Don’t buy anything from these scammers.

This company is a total scam - do not order from them. The order doesn't come, they keep saying you can have a further discount on next order, then the order was actually not sent. I have requested my order cancelled and money returned on multiple occasions - they say they can not do that. I have not received anything. SCAM

Don't fall for the ad. No such business exists in Ottawa. You can't trust an advertiser that misleads from the get-go, no control over what you'll receive.

I ordered a sweater from Maison Ottawa and what I received was not even close to the picture on the website. I contacted the company the day I received the item through their website. I did not hear back from them within a week so I emailed them directly saying if I didn't hear back within 48 hours I would be leaving a poor review online. They came back to me within hours asking me for specific information on my order. I immediately provided what they asked for and again didn't hear back for several days. When I wrote them again I was told I was past the 14 day guaranteed satisfaction time frame and that there were no returns on sale items. It says right under the picture of the sweater 100% satisfaction guarantee within 14 days. They offered me 30% off my next order or free item of my choosing but I must pay the shipping or 10% back of my original purchase. I was not going to pay shipping as the items do NOT come from Canada even though the packaging has a return address from Toronto. All correspondence from them comes in the middle of the night. I refuse to give them another cent on a new item so I am forced to take a small 10% refund. Stay away from this shady company. Please learn from my mistakes.

Maison Ottawa is selling merchandise on Facebook. Shoppers should know that there is no store front in Ottawa. The photograph of their Ottawa bricks and mortar location on their website is a phony. For this misrepresentation alone, I'd be very suspicious of ordering from them.
