Paid for 2-day shipping, got a 16-day headache and zero accountability

I ordered the Hilary Duff vinyl on Feb 23rd and paid extra for 2-day expedited shipping. What followed was a complete communication blackout. I had to send six separate email threads in a single day just to get a human response on March 4th, only to be told my order was 'lost.'
​Their 'solution' was to send a replacement, which they framed as making it up to me. That isn't a gesture of goodwill; that is the bare minimum. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my expedited shipping fee, claiming they 'needed it' for the current shipment. Yet, it shipped March 5th and isn't arriving until March 11th. So, I paid for premium shipping, received bottom-tier service, and they kept the change for a delay they caused. Absolute bottom-of-the-barrel customer service

To clarify, we do charge for pre-orders at the time of checkout. This is standard practice within the music and artist merchandise industry, particularly for limited-edition and made-to-order items. Charging at checkout helps us ensure we are ordering the correct amount of inventory and fulfilling orders on time. While release dates may be later, payment is processed when the order is placed rather than at shipment. This is also a limitation of our payment processing system and out of our control.

In this case, once the charge was flagged and disputed by the card issuer, the orders were automatically canceled by our payment system, which unfortunately prevents us from fulfilling or shipping those items.

No delivery, no communication. Avoid at all cost

I wish I could put 0.

I pre-ordered a Wolf Alice vinyl on July 19th to be received on August 22nd. We're now October 13th, and I still haven't received it, and the customer support is clueless.

This looks like a scam at this point.

Absolutely horrid experience

Absolutely horrid experience. DO NOT work with this company.
I’m going to be brief as this whole ordeal has been going on since June and been exhausting.
I was supposed to receive my pre order mother mother vinyl with a signed insert on the 6th of June. A week after this date it still had not moved, 0 communication from the company unless you reach out and then again, good luck getting a response.
Anyway, 26th June, I received my vinyl, no insert.
Complained and got a response a few days later saying they were investigating the issue and it wasn’t just me. I was not getting updates unless I reached out, I kept being met with radio silence until finally I get told I’ll be getting my order resent! I was very happy and glad the ordeal was over but still had some doubt in my mind.
Now to September 25th (yesterday) I receive my vinyl! … No signed insert. I’m absolutely gob smacked. I complained and they confirmed the inserts never got signed in the first place and I’ve been offered bloody store credit, really?
Now I’m stuck with two of the same product, just a waste of money all around.
This whole experience has been abysmal, please avoid this company if you’re able to. They offered a 20% refund and closed the ticket. What a nightmare.
I saw another mother mother fan with a similar experience, I’m glad I’m not alone but I feel so terrible for others who had to deal with this

Horrid communication, and issues with shipment

So my experience ordering through mainfactor merch was absolutely horrible and infuriating. Everything seemed fine when I pre-ordered the new Mother Mother vinyl, which was supposed to come with an insert, but two weeks after the supposed shipping date I still hadn't received any conformation.
I sent my first message through the website, didn't get a response. A few days later I decided to send a second message, after which I immediately got a notification that my order was shipped, but again I didn't get a response to my message.

Now, a month after the album released, I finally received my pre-order. The vinyl arrived in a good state, but there was no insert whatsoever.

This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I'm usually a very patient person. I'm also not one to write a bad review on a whim, but I just know that sending a message through the website AGAIN is not going to help at all, since apparently they don't respond to those at all.

Run the Jewels Store

Order from the Run the Jewels store was lost, and when the customer service agent tried to refund the order after several days and never speaking to the same person, they managed to charge my credit card for the order a second time.

Be very careful when ordering especially from
The nickelback store. They advertised the products as a signed bundle. Which in my head would mean everything’s signed. When received only the poster was signed but it doesn’t say just the poster. Just seen they have released a Nashville signed bundle but look at the small print, it’s just the insert. Just be careful when purchasing from these guys. Even when I pointed out to them there description is misleading they brushed me off and weren’t interested. This is just a head up for everyone. My order number was 22121 before they say they can’t find any trace of me.
