I love using Mailshake. I am low tech and it simplifies things for me.

I love love love mailshake. I have tried multiple different tools that are kinda similar but just do not have the same functionality as Mailshake.

The team is awesome and always willing to help and answer questions.

They always come out with new features to make my mail campaigns stronger and better.

I like the ease of use and clarity. Also, they present exactly the options needed at the step needed, like different options to curate recipients when creating a campaign so it protects deliverability and the sender score. I can't say anything negative, my overall experience have been very good.

Honestly loving the product it saves me a lot of time personally, the data it provides is valuable and the tools they offer.

I’ve been using Mailshake for the past 2 years. As a full-time entertainer traveling globally with my show while having twin toddlers, having tools that make my life easier is essential.

Over the years I’ve tried multiple tools for different things, and I can only think of two programs I keep coming back to; Mailshake is one of them.

If you’re looking to automate your email outreach, have a way to follow-up without having post-it notes every where, take notes about conversations with clients - this is for you.

The tool was super buggy - kept getting redirected to the dashboard page when trying to set up a email campaign. Then when I asked to cancel my account and ask for a refund they refused to refund. Wouldn't recommend.

Very impressed with Mailshake's customer service. Very quick response time. Great training resources. Easy onboarding. Excited to grow with them!

They've switched to only offer an annual plan and a now have a blanket no refund policy.

Be really careful and diligent during the demo as if you miss anything and the product quickly turns out not to be for you or what you expected, they will not offer you any form of refund.

I worked out the product wasn't for me and didn't work as I expected it to within days and now find myself having to pay $1k / seat for a product I won't use.

There are definitely bugs and areas of improvement. I'm sure the product is fine for some people, but if you find out it's not for you post demo you're out of luck.
