I had to rate them 1 because there was no ZERO star option. Worst maid service ever. on April 1st, 2026 I did registration. April 3rd they sent me 1 profile which was a total mismatch. I asked for Fulltime maid, they found someone who had worked as a nanny. I live in a different location the lady comes from 16km away and is right now living with her mother temporarily. This whole thing was just to trap the customer. 2nd day another profile was shared, i spoke to the maid and everything was confirmed. i was asked to pay half the salary with GST. Ended up paying 9k+ on April 3rd and the maid never turned up. Since then there is only back and forth of stupid profile sharing , random excuses. each time they share a profile and when i agree to someone the person never ends up. Some time their search agent is not available. Everytime they find someone from a wrong locality and they never end up coming. It is now nearly 20 days and I agreed to few maids but no one every turned up.Vanshika is the registration lady name. Saloni is the coordinator and Ayushi is the local search agent for Ahemdabad. No one answers your call unless and untill you keep calling them or sending them messages. Each day same story sorry madam i will close this today and whole day passes and no one replies again next day same story. and very rudely Saloni replies saying refund to aapko nahi milega. When you ask her to give supervisor nos. she says I am sorry i can not give you nos. When you ask her for a call back from supervisor , there is nothing at all. They are a bunch of looters who are just interested in taking service charges and do nothing. All bogus feedback videos on youtube . The 1st time i did registration with them last year but i did not need anyone then. This time when i gave my name and phone number they could not find my details and i had to do registration again which was supposedly be valid for 5 years. Absolutely rubbish service and a bunch of cheaters and fraud.

Very disappointing experience again.

After my last review they reached out to me and after being assured multiple times that things would be fixed, I trusted this agency again—but after even around 1.5 month and around 20 days since they made a call to me, it’s the same situation.

Calls are not answered, commitments are not met, and there is no accountability at all.

This kind of unreliability creates real problems for working families who depend on such services.

I would strongly suggest others to be cautious before relying on them

Pathetic company worst service they have.They have taken registration amount and no maid provided profile shared.

Fraud company, they don't have trusted staff. I got my things stolen from the maid they sent.

Absolute fraud . They take all the money in advance, do a contract etc but with no intention of honouring it . They provided a cook but refused to pay her. We have been following up non stop and they don't even answer the calls . Very prompt when they have to receive the advance .And nothing after that .

Please run miles away from them . TOTAL FRAUD

Its scam , they will charge 1000 rs for registration and then service charges minimum 5k and then maid comes home works for 2 days and then there will be no response from the maid and team . We had to pay 20k rupees which is not refunded.

If there was a zero rating or minus rating i would definitely give that rating…. Maid service in Jaipur is a fraud and cheater company. They have taken ₹10500 from me as half-advance for maids salary . They have been unable to provide me a full time maid for the past 2 months now.
On asking for a refund of my money, the-Team lead - Mr Aishwary and his team - Ms Kumkum have now blocked my number and are refusing to return my money.
Pls be cautious and DO NOT ask for any type of service from this company. They only sweet talk but are absolutely unable to provide any service. The maids dont even have a police verification !!!!!

I don't want to give 1 rating also but no other option here. Such a worst agency to take service. They have received the money from me to provide the cook service and post payment, not repying to my messages nor calls. Such a worst service and pls don't buy any services from this agency. I have been following up from 20 days and Reference Code -PARO1222 is the person whom i spoke and she isn't responding to my calls and messages.

Beware of false claims and money fraud. The agency misguides people who seek reliable househrlp by making false promises. Once the registration money and agency commission is deposited they neither provide a helper or attend to calls/ messages.

Fraud. They are a group of people who keep rotating and talk to you creating a picture like that they are a big company. Reviews on their site are their own. They charged 1184 from me but never got back. Stay away. Google reviews shows a good rating but mostly filled by maids or by them only. Read carefully.There site is also not secure.

Very bad , highly unprofessional no customer retention service they send different adhar card of the maid and sent someone else. Also if the maid is taking leave they promised you to send the replacement but they won't give you and for another maid they will make you wait for 20-30 days

What cyber police is doing why they are not taking action against such fraudster company. They are doing fraud by company Twinkle enterprise. why their account is still not freezed.

Jan 6th - just to add to what I had posted on 1st December 2024. We still do not have a maid despite repeated reminder to the agency. They have taken their money and sitting happily.

This agency appears to engage in fraudulent practices, as evident from numerous negative reviews countered by suspicious five-star ratings likely posted by the company itself. Please do not be misled by these fabricated endorsements. My personal experience highlights their lack of professionalism and reliability, resulting in a significant monetary loss and mental and physical stress of surviving with 3 year old twins.
Initially, the agency was extremely proactive—frequent calls, polished communication, and prompt responses. Like many, we were convinced by their approach and paid an advance of ₹20,000. However, this is where their service ends. They provided us with a maid who had significant hearing issues, showing a clear lack of vetting or suitability for the role. A replacement maid was then sent, who stayed for a month before tactfully leaving, citing a personal event and manipulating us into booking her travel tickets back and forth.
Worryingly, there was no police verification conducted for either maid, raising concerns about safety and compliance. Following her departure, the agency became unresponsive, replying vaguely to messages but never delivering a resolution. Staff members Vandana, Satish, and Isha Mij displayed unethical behaviour, including allegations of attempting to poach the maid they had earlier provided.
The agency’s business model appears to involve rotating maids across clients without accountability or quality assurance. They claim to operate across India but fail to deliver on promises, leaving customers chasing for refunds or replacements. We have since registered a police complaint to highlight their fraudulent practices.
They have very tactfully created a professional site with which one can easily get carried away and engage with them. So please do not get carried away with this site.
In summary, engaging with this agency is a costly mistake. Their business relies on securing upfront payments, after which they disregard commitments and customer concerns. Avoid falling victim to their deceptive operations.
