Great little company to deal with and highly recommended. Their products are amazing and it fits like a glove. When your camera skin arrives sit at the kitchen table and bring some patience. Everything will fit as it should and take your time putting the puzzle pieces together. It’s a great finish and it makes whatever camera system you have look amazing.

Before applying one of these skins, I strongly recommend taking a photo of all the sheets to make sure every piece is included.

Unfortunately, my lens skin was missing several parts. This has left sections of my lens uncovered, so the finished result looks incomplete and unfinished.

I contacted customer service multiple times. At first, they ignored one of the missing pieces and claimed the others were not part of the design. When I provided evidence that one of the missing pieces had actually been included on the sheet they sent, they changed their response and said they would include it with a future order instead.

Despite paying for a complete kit, I never received all the parts I ordered. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was very disappointing. If you buy one of these skins, check that every piece is present before you start applying it, as resolving missing parts afterwards may not be straightforward.

So the quality of the product is excellent! But unfortunately the cutting was not completely accurate. The only parts it fit was the card door and the flip out LCD. But it did cover a majority of the cosmetic scratches on my 70D

Skin fits well on the camera body!

I like how the vinyl skin sticks to the camera body which creates a homogenous look.

Im super happy with how my camera looks after applying the wrap. It takes lots of patience and some finesse, but the results are worth the effort. We'll see how long it holds up, but so far im very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I’m very happy with the help provided by Maiacombo, which made it easy to get the right skin—and even a separate skin for the (previously lost) hood.

The skin is of extremely high quality, and it took me less time than expected to apply it to the body, lens, and hood. I had anticipated more difficulty with the self-adhesive material, but it was actually quite easy to apply.

TERRIBLE!
I ordered a skin for my Canon 300mm f/2.8 IS II telephoto lens and paid the absurd amount of €92. For that price, I expect top quality. Instead, the package took almost a month to arrive and came slightly damaged, with one piece of the skin torn and another one detached.
Putting aside the material quality—which is 3M and therefore not their merit at all—the skin itself is awful. It is poorly designed: many pieces are too small, leaving parts of the lens exposed; others are too large or have completely wrong curves, failing to follow the shape of the lens and instead creating endless wrinkles.
On top of that, no instructions whatsoever are provided to understand where each piece should go. On a small 50mm lens with a few stickers this might be acceptable, but on a 300mm lens full of sections with very similar diameters and curves, this is a serious problem. Some pieces appear to fit multiple areas but are actually specific to just one. As a result, you stick them on, realize you’re wrong, remove them, and reapply them—damaging the skins in the process.
To make matters worse, they do not accept returns for defective products unless they are “intact” (which is ridiculous—how am I supposed to find out they don’t fit without trying to apply them?). On top of that, return shipping is at your expense. And guess what? Shipping the product back to Vietnam with insured shipping (which they require) will most likely cost more than the skin itself.
Finally, customer support is nonexistent. As soon as I requested a refund, they simply disappeared and stopped responding.
Absolutely unacceptable.

They have sent some stocky piece of paper that you can barely unglue. Wrong color too. I am trying to explain to some person who is sending me generic emails for a week now that this not what I have ordered. It’s a scam.

Mauvaise expérience! Ce produit est hyper compliqué à mettre en œuvre, surtout si on choisi de mettre un covering noir sur un objectif blanc, je ne sais pas comment font les gens pour y arriver. La commande est livrée sans notice, alors que sur simple demande le SAV vous envoie un éclaté tres bien fait. Il y avait des pièces non conforme pour le produit. J'ai tout arraché et jeté à la poubelle. Par contre belle réactivité du SAV. J'attends maintenant le remboursement du covering de mon appareil photo que je ne souhaite pas utiliser tant ça a été une galère pour le zoom.
Un SAV exceptionnel me fait regretter mon incapacité à mettre en œuvre le produit. En effet par dépit j'ai arraché tout ce que j'avais fait et qui ne ressemblait à rien. Ce produit doit être top mais clairement sa mise en oeuvre demande beaucoup d'attention et de précision. Au fil de mes contacts avec le SAV, j'ai reçu un document tres bien fait expliquant tres bien où chaque pièce doit aller, j'ai appris aussi qu'il faut commencer par le bas de l'objectif et remonter progressivement vers le haut. Si de tels informations m'avaient été données avant j'aurai peut être réussi. J'ai renvoyé le covering de mon appareil photo ne souhaitant pas avoir la même galère et j'ai été remboursé avant même de l'avoir expédié. Des réponses à mes questions ont été apportées tres rapidement même le samedi. Le SAV mérite un 5* et ld produit mérite beaucoup d'attention.

Ordered a skin for my Sony FX30 and Sigma Lens. Someone made me an offer to buy my camera and no longer needed the skin. Canceled the order, and the skin still arrived. This company told me to keep the skin as a gift. Outstanding service. Will do business when I get new camera and a highly recommended this company. Quality of product is incredible.

The skins are amazing, fit and finish is spot on and the tools they send are handy. It takes some time to apply each piece and a 75yrs old I need a bright light and magnifying glass. overall a great product. JR

Ordered 2 weeks ago, 3 items. Still nothing?? Come to find out, they don't even have what I ordered in stock?? Took my money and 2 wks. out, they have both $$ and nothing on it's way to me?

It's been 2 and a half months and no contact from them . The last email I received was that they are under Final Quality Check and will ship in 24 hours, that was 2 months ago.

Stay Away!!! Horrible customer service!
