Great customer service
Great customer service! I was really worried about shipping since there is a post office strike in my country and they made sure to reroute it so that it still arrive in time and answered my emails very quickly.

My bag
I think the shipping was pretty quick, especially coming all the way from China. The bag FEELS amazing, and I love that it has a reasonable amount of pockets/ The design is super cute and the straps might not be as padded as I would have liked but they are still very much comfortable.
This is a bag I plan on using for work/school. It's nice to have such a cute bag and not just a completely black one.

Arnaque sûrement du dropshipping?
J'utilise le sac uniquement pour transporter mon ordinateur tous les jours. Cela fait 8 mois que je l'ai et il se déchire déjà dans les hanches. Lorsque je contacte le service client et que je leur demande de réparer ou d'échanger le produit, il ne me répondent pas ou me disent que la garantie est de 3 mois alors que légalement en France elle est de 2 ans. L'entreprise fait le mort et ne veut pas du tout coopérer. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Les produits ne sont pas de bonne qualité.

Good purchase
The bag was delivered quite quickly, and I am happy with my purchase. It's a little slimmer than I had thought it would be, but it holds my laptop and a few other necessities well. The colour is pretty and it sits comfortably on my shoulder.

Attention ARNAQUE !
Cela fait plus de 2 mois que je me bats avec le service client pour le remboursement d’un sac que j’avais commandé chez eux. J’ai renvoyé ce sac à mes frais et je leur ai fourni tous les justificatifs qui prouvent que le sac à bien envoyé et livré à leur adresse. Ils refusent de me rembourser car soit disant ils n’ont pas réceptionné le sac mais ils sont incapable de me fournir une preuve de ce qu’ils avancent.
Le service client est injoignable par téléphone, et ils ne répondent pas à mes mails et messages. Leurs produits soit disant eco-responsables arrivent de Chine et sont emballés dans du plastique. Cette marque est une ARNAQUE, ne vous faites pas avoir !!!

Les sacs sont trouvables sur Aliexpress 3 fois moins chers. Très déçue, j'ai renvoyé mon produit. Ce qui m'a mis la puce à l'oreille c'est lorsque le produit est arrivé emballé dans beaucoup de plastique, pour une marque qui se dit éco-responsable avec des matériaux recyclés c'était le comble. C'est juste du Made in China. De plus en regardant sur internet, la société était en liquidation judiciaire et est basée en Estonie... Le pire de tout ça c'est que c'est l'influenceuse ECOLO Peau neuve qui a fait la promo de la marque; une honte
