no refunds for custom cut-to-size orders, but every order is bespoke, what a scam!!

I foolishly bought a window blind from this company for a house in France and paid for express delivery. The web page pretended the company was active in France but several days after the order was placed I was informed for the first time that I would have to pay a customs charge of €26. I was unable to cancel the order because I could not contact the seller. The delivery arrived several days late. I have been unable to get a copy of the instructions. Please avoid this company, which is based in Thailand despite pretending to have a Paris office.

I'm a DIY "hands on" person and I enjoyed crafting and fitting these insect screens. I found the product cleverly designed and doesn't distract from the modernity of our home. When fitting don't rush, take your time, miter the corners and achieve the professional fit and finish. We ordered white and we were surprised when grey netting arrived, however, the grey against the white window frame gives a dark edging effect which we like.

The quality is excellent and the service I experienced while ordering a special size was very professional and quick. I will be ordering more screens from this company.

This is my third purchase from this company. The magnetic door fly screen is brilliant. Keeps those pesky houseflies out. I can leave my door open for the dogs to come and go. I can't fault the product and it's easy to install. (The only reason for third purchase, I have retriever pup, quite boisterous, came flying down the garden, not stopping and took the bottom part of screen with her)

These are the best fly screens l have ever purchased, if you take care fitting them around your doors, they work perfectly

Don't buy these folks! They are a bit fiddly to do but just under a year later, one of the fly screens has come apart completely, I've taken it down and will throw away. The rubber has split! The other one is kind of up, but won't last for ever. SAVE YOUR TIME/MONEY!

I purchased this product when they used long framed strips and not this cheap frame that comes rolled up. Was much better and easier to use than the rolled up frame which is very flimsy and not as easy to work with. Still does the job though but not as good as it was.

The product was good and was able to obtain the size i wanted although a little long it was not a problem. The magnets are strong and the screen closes very well even in a wind
The only negative and is a reflection on the star rating was the cost of the delivery which i consider to be too expensive for a small package

Do NOT use this website. Scam company price £59 for a basic and unfit for purpose net and velcro that's too short to use.

Love these. I have One on 3 windows of mine, so the cat is safe and I have tonnes of air in my bedroom and spare room.

The magnetic screens stay up most of the time, unless there is huge wind. And they look nice, just make the windows a tad darker.

Soo much better and easier to make than a British company that are well known.
