Great products but maybe room for better communication
my delivery was delayed because one item was not available. When I called the rest of the items were delivered immediately.it would have been better to know in the beginning that there would be a delay rather than having to call. So I now have no idea when the remaining item might be delivered. Quality of items is top class and we'll packaged

Parcel got lost in the post didn't…
Parcel got lost in the post didn't arrive forc2 weeks, got it eventually, staff were very helpful and did their best to sort it, not a mcginn issue as such just poor courier service
