I bought a magicycle Jag and it has been amazing getting out and meeting people and riding all over the place. I am making 1-2 youtube videos weekly and gaining traction.

I love my ocelot pro. I bought the original step over cruiser because I liked the blue. There was no choice back then. It was bigger than I was thinking and hard to get my leg over. When the ocelot pro was introduced I purchased two. It’s comfortable and the right size. Then my SIL purchased two. My nephew had to get one too. We are all magicycle ocelot fans. Very interested in the ocelot pro 2.0🚴

So I did a fair amount of research. came to the conclusion that the Deer mini sep thru was what I wanted. Already put on more than 800 miles on previous bike. I now have over 800 miles on this bike. It has power, comfort and looks good. And has been dependable. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this bike. Maybee the Ocelot? But am very pleased with the full suspension Deer. Im happy.

Well I watched an gentlemen named RussIsRight on YouTube, since I had both my knees replaced I also suffer from Asthma COPD, and unfortunately had part of my right lung removed due to staged one cancer, not looking for sympathy. When I received my beautiful bike I put it together and to please my wife proceeded to cut up the box not to clutter the house. When I tried my bike I was intimidated by it's step thru size 26". I spent a month on the phone when it was answered by Magicycle Staff not often. I believe I mainly delt with a lady named Lua? I wanted to return it for a 20" Deer model went thru everything thing she asked me to do, except finding a shipping box. I located the largest box at BikeFlights paid $120.00 packed the bike, even strapping the box for security, spoke to a fellow resident who did logistics work, had aFedEx driver come in a look at it. He said get the lable and we'll take it. Finally sent a picture to Magicycle Ms.Lua and she refused to send me a return label, saying the packing was not sufficient. I still have it packed in the box STUCK with it and have to get the nerve to try to ride it to rebuild my breathing and body strength, I did not have a GOOD experience with this company.

Took a 28 mile trip to Finger Lakes region on a rail trail.
Very impressed with how much battery storage is left. After 28 miles with minimal assist it was showing over 90% remaining. Giving 4 out of 5 stars as the bike had some damage to the derailleur guard from shipping. Still waiting on the replacement guard. Derailleur had some slight damage but Magicycle replaced it already.

Ordered the Cruiser with 52v battery and an additional battery so I can ride forever! Best e-bike deal around. I’ve owned 7 different e-bikes and this is hands down the best! Power, speed , comfort and looks! Amazing customer service if you have questions as well. The best!!

I purchased a Magic cycle cruiser 750w 1 year ago and decided to replace rear tire. We unplugged the motor and the connector pins fell out. There customer service told me I need a new one.First time changing. So I order a wheel assembly which they say they have in stock but will not ship. Is this company going out of business? Maybe they should.

Theses are amazing ebike the best all around

I bought a Cruiser Step Thru ( fat tires 4" x 26") and it's super strong even on hills with my heavy body and I got 30 mph with pedal assist.

The Magicycle Deer 20 is excellent!
I’m 5’5” so I wanted a step through bike to have clearance when stopping. This was the best option with full suspension. The Ocelot model was in the running too but when the Deer price dropped I snatched one up. The suspension was worth the extra $. The 52 volt 20 amp hour battery, and higher torque rating than other competitors sold me. And it definitely climbs hills with ease! Been riding it a few months now and love it.

The bike shipped quickly and customer service was helpful with a couple accessory orders I placed.

Absolutely love my "BEASTIE" Magicycle. Service Dept very helpful when I needed a frame part for derailer. Bought extra battery carrying hard shell case, and If you have a second battery this is the COOLEST. Pl;enty of space for goodies and if ever on long extended rides has more than enough room for tools, munchies, extra water, and anything needed for flat repair..GET ONE. Also, Got the 20amp battery when on sale...now nowhere is safe from me and BEASTIE.

We just turned over our first 200 miles on our ebikes and they have taken us places in our town that we could never travel on a regular bikes. Everyone in our town stops us and ask us questions and we are so happy to express how satisfied we are with our purchases.

Very happy with my Cruiser Pro with the 52/20 amp battery. Quality built bike and the ride is great. I've gotten many compliments about this bike.

We love our magicycles. Had them for two years and loving every minute. The support is excellent and we found our ails responded to very quickly.

We looked for the most economical and cost effective E-Bike we could find on the web. We did extensive research and the options and functionality and the capacity of the Battery on our MagiCycle was more that we could ask for. We purchased 2 MagiCycle Bikes (one for me and one for my Wife) and have ridden them non stop for the past 12 month .. with no problems and great customer service.. For the price and dependability I do not believe there is a better E-Bike out there with the options of the 2 E=bikes we purchased Thank you

E-bikes are large and heavy. Being only 5’7, many bikes are too big really. The Ocelot Pro takes care of that problem while exceeding the performance of the other bikes. Customer service is awesome. I got replies on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Was not expecting that. All in all, I love the Ocelot Pro! Going to be buying 2 more.

The bike itself is great. I ordered the Magic cycle deer back in December 2023 for Christmas. It arrived pretty quick. It also came with a one wheel trailer that did not arrive until late February February. The trailer turned out to be a piece of junk the frame was deformed And was unusable. I have been corresponding via email with Magic cycle customer support and the problem still has not been settled. I give it one star because the bike seems to be great. Haven’t had a chance to put many miles on it. I would not order another product from Magic cycle due to poor Customer service.

I bought a 80-mile bike from you it has never left the garage, I need some help I've asked for this help before and have received none? it came with broken electrical connections?

I would tell everybody not to purchase

The bike I give a solid 4 plus
The customer Service Zero starts- it takes days for a response as the CS is in China. The Chinese misinterpret as english is not the first language. But it gets worse
I don't ride hard as I'm now a sr citizen. I use to enjoy the outdoor, back roads quiet areas. The bike had a Brake System failure at approximately 100 miles. To my MagicCycle story

Had a brake failure with less than 100 miles. Contacted CS told to take pics; also an audio. After 4 emails back/forth over 7 days I'm now told no warranty on brakes- i know this but it was a system failure not normal wear and tear.
So buyer be ware. Nice bike but don't expect after market support to support both in Timeliness nor recognizing a System failure is outside of Warranty Exceptions

I bought a ebike for my husband for Christmas it came very quickly, and my husband hardly gets to ride it because everybody else in the family wants to try it and they all love it! He has even had it in the bush to his hunting blind.
