My scar has never bothered enough to…
My scar has never bothered enough to get cosmetic work done. For my 50th in 2 weeks I decided to go for a small 1ml filler. All I can say to reassure anyone thinking of adding some cosmetic in to their dental trip or going over for that purpose of cosmetic is to trust Sevil yildiz. Her knowledge and experience of arranging this work is first class. She is the most wonderful person who works so hard. Her colleagues who came were pleasant, did not rush me and in general treated me like all the staff do at hotel, with respect and kindness. The work was carried out in a professional and attentive manner. Can’t say a bad thing about my whole experience in Antalya. Be going back for top ups. Thanks lady’s. First class service.

Breast uplift
Just wow what a great job hakan done for me this man is a total legend. This amazing man has gave me my confidence back in my life. Will definitely be back for more surgery done by hakan. Sevil has been amazing also. Without her I would have been totally lost. They both made me very comfortable and made me feel really safe. Will see use in May.

Customer service aftercare
I’ve had treatments few weeks ago, unfortunately I damaged my night guard and contacted Magic Touch Turkey to see if they can replace. I was very pleased with their response not replacing it free if charge, but it was done promptly although it was weekend I contacted them. They actioned it quickly and within few days I received considering it was approaching Christmas period. I’m well chuffed with their customer service aftercare. A big thank you Magic Touch Turkey. 👍🏼

Best Clinic Ever
I had gastric sleeve surgery. From the first consultation my doctor not only advised me of the benefits of the surgery but also to consider what I was about to undertake very seriously. From the moment I said I would go ahead with surgery the staff were amazing, you are looked after from day 1. The aftercare has been amazing. Definitely well worth the money, my life has been transformed all thanks to Magic Touch.

Our entity is a well-known and respected medical clinic throughout the community and among the patient base. We are proud to say that we are the few medical institutions that can provide this high level of service and care in Turkey. Even though we are very confident and successful with our service to the patients, it is impossible to make everyone satisfied with our service and medical care without any complications occurring. Therefore, we would like to make a public announcement due to one of our patients' accusations.
First and foremost, we apologize to all of our patients and other parties who have been affected by these unfortunate events. We really consider value of our company name, customer satisfaction, and level of care we can provide. We are saddened to be exposed to such unrealistic accusations. Miss Claudia came to our entity on the date of 18/07/2022, and after consulting with our doctors, she has decided to undergo a breast-lifting operation. Our doctors and staff have fully informed her about the procedure, possible side effects, cautions she should follow, possible complications, treatment process, and other necessary information throughout her visit. Miss Claudia has also been informed that it is critical for her to share her medical history as accurately and completely as possible, and that her compliance during and after treatment is very effective in increasing the success rate. We started her treatment on the date of 30.07.2022 While performing breast lifting surgery, silicon implants were also be implemented. Operation went perfectly and our patient is also very satisfied with her service when she was in our clinic.
After the treatment, we advise Miss Claudia on the cautions she need to keep in order for success of the treatment such as not smoking. However, she did not listened this advice and she kept smoking and this is a very dangerous thing to do after breast lifting surgery since it may cause blood building up to the nipples. After she informed us about this side effect, we offered to have her return to Turkey and our clinic to check on her latest condition and, if possible, treat this side-effect or renew the treatment without demanding any charge also offering to cover the expenses of accommodation and transfer fees; however, she declined our offer and preferred to continue her treatment in the UK, about which we have no contacts or information. Therefore, we did not have the opportunity to check up on her latest condition and intervene if necessary. She also demanded a total refund of the treatment amount she has paid to us. Even though there is no necessary requirement for us to do so; we still refund her money because of patient satisfaction policy of our institution. Afterwards, she still demands something else from our clinic and tries to racketeer us for money. We regret to inform you that she is demanding "hush money" that is nearly four times the cost of her treatment. However, our organization does not require to pay such payments to anyone. In accordance with our open book policy, we believe that if there is a problem, the community should be made aware of it. Also, there is nothing to hide, and viewers of these comments should have known the whole story to make their own judgment of our institution. Therefore, this announcement emerged due to our entity's right to expression. We kindly ask our patients to read the story from our side and try not to judge us with these untrue and unjust accusations.

Looking 10 years younger.
I cannot stress enough how fantastic Magic Touch are to deal with. The bags under my eyes were really getting to me and just by sending them a photo they told me what they could do to help. Accommodation and transfers all included in the service and the staff are phenomenal.
I was well taken care of while receiving the procedure and most importantly after it, they gave me great reassurance and the results have made such a difference to my life.
I feel more confident and positive about the way I look how and would highly recommend Magic Touch to anyone. 10/10!

Magic touch has changed my life!
From the minute I was greeted at the airport I was under good care and had Dilara with me at every stage throughout. She was great and really helped with my nerves. The nurses at the hospital were there within seconds of me ringing for them and kept my pain under control. I’m really happy with the tummy tuck and liposuction, the results are showing after a week and half and I’m extremely happy. The surgeon has done a fantastic job. It’s the best decision I’ve made.

Big review here as I really feel this company deserve.
I arrived 6 days ago . Was met at the airport by driver and the lady dilara who id been speaking to via watsapp . She was really welcoming and for some reason I just started to feel really positive about the big decision i bad made . Tummy tuck liposuction and implants removed , replaced and an uplift . Baring in mind I’m quite a negative and soft person who is no good with pain . Day of my op met with dilara again she was with me at the hospital spoke to me about every step of my operation and my after care and I was still not nervous it eas so weird how positive I was 😳 met with my surgeon he did his drawing etc next thing I was prepped and took down to theatre. Dilara was sat all the way through waiting for me to come back when I arrived back after 5 hrs of surgery As the operation took longer than expected as my old implants that I had done in the U.K. the breast inside was a mess so there was a lot more fixing to do !! I came back to my room dilara was there waiting for me this lady absolutely looked after me in my most vulnerable moment being in another county big surgey and on my own I really felt I was in the best of care . I can’t thank this woman enough . She stays till late with me the nurses in the hospital did all my care through the night i was hardly in no pain as they really did keep on top of my pain relief. I could not believe how well I felt . Next morning first thing dilara was back . She took me back to hotel made sure i had everything I needed . I rested got room service and just healed all the while dilara there on the face time or in the hotel . I had a little worry which I told her she got straight on to the surgeon I had an answer within 10 min that was normsl and everything is fine . Been back to see the surgeon today he is happy I’m happy and I’m ready to leave now . Honestly I would never have any surgery in the U.K. ever again . I will be back and I will be back to magic touch . Iv got friends who are now booking in .
