Literally no one on the other end. Lord help you if you need to reach customer service. Disgrace

Obviously a teenager in china’s side-hussle. I’m guessing some shoddy drip shipping operation.

Do NOT use this company!! I ordered a sofa cover from Magic Sofa Covers but the colour was no use so emailed and got in touch via the contact page on their website several times with no response. There appears to be a chat facility on the website which is also non operational. Scam company, no returns information available on the website and no response to allow returns. Complete waste of time!

The cover came within the 12 days but was huge. Even though I'd measured carefully it was all wrong. I emailed to return but no reply. I would not buy from them again.

This is a fraudulent company. They sent me really bad quality items that I tried to return only to have them not respond and also find out they are based in Singapore... Do Not buy from them

Please do not buy from this so called company my order has not been delivered cannot get in touch with them they do not answer emails I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered what a waste of money

Do not buy from them. I saw the advert in the Sun newspaper so thought it would be fine. Certainly not! It looks great but they don’t reply to your emails and messages and you don’t get your order. Do not buy from them! magicsofa cover.com

I regret to say that even with million emails and messages there is no response from the company. I cancelled my order after 10 mins of ordering bcz didnt realize it was coming out of uk and they never replied back. Pathetic service. Really Disappointed.

Awful! Everything they say is a lie. 5 day delivery not true. Mine took 2 weeks. Quality was laughable, especially when they have a message on their website to warn people of bad copies. Their covers couldn’t be any worse! Wrong colour, definitely not waterproof and definitely not non-slip. They then claim to respond to queries in 24 hours. Again, a lie! I have asked for a return label and that was 5 days ago. May as well have rolled £35 up and put it down the drain!

I bought the cover more than 6 months ago in good faith after being sucked into the very nice website, which even claims to watch out for fake 'magic cover sites'. How very convenient! No purchase confirmation received by email only trace was my credit card statement. Beware! They do not delivered the cover at all. Tried contacting via live chat & email but no response. Not even from the live chat. Completely AVOID

Ordered on express delivery and no sign after nearly 2 weeks!! Do not reply to messages or emails. Was taken in by a very good looking website and should have checked reviews first!

Terrible company. I've tried to contact them 5 times about return, no respons whatsoever. They don't reply to emails, enquiry form on their webiste or chat. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Website makes it look very easy to fit, but it's not & you have to use quite flimsy foam to hold into place. If you watch video carefully you can see the point where they edit the footage to shorten the sequence.

Once you finally get them on they actually look quite good. But it is a low quality product. We've had ours maybe a month and most of the stitching on the cushion covers is splitting & few of the zips have fallen off.

The covers are not water resistant. I also sent them an email querying whether they are fire resistant in accordance with EU standards and no reply. Doesn't leave you with massive sense of confidence, so would advise caution.

I have updated this review to a 1*. Since the original review most of the sofa covers have split. Not fit for purpose.

Awful. Fit for the bin. Colour not as advertised, fabric very thin. Just appalling.

Although initially happy with the product things quickly went wrong when we noticed that the product transferred its dye onto our sofa turning our once cream sofa pink. To add insult to injury as this was a gradual dye transfer even though we had the sofa covered with a fabric insurance it wasn't covered.

" Stretch 2seater sofa cover advertised at a reduce price or £12.99, I needed just to cover temporarily my good sofas and knowingly they look rubbish I ordered 2 till I could afford to pay bespoken ones, I received 4 badly made nylon cushion covers for the £25.99 I paid when can go to Ikea and get beautiful covers much cheaper than that! I feel scammed!

Absolutely sh## paid for express delivery costing 8 quid altogether cost 50 quid had to wait 2 weeks for it when it arrived had a bleach mark on the arm bit also the elastic you tie it with snapped it's not waterproof like it said it was and looks cheap been better buying 2 large throws to cover sofa don't bother wasting your money

I have also fallen victim to this scam! It is cheap rubbish!! Do not buy!!! They do not answer emails and there is no number to call in UK. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!! Ties ripped off when I tried to tie them together and there was dirty marks on the sofa cover. Will be contacting my visa company to see if they can help with refund.
