Fee, refund, and timing details
• Service fee: $150.00 (one-time).
• Refund on successful delivery: $130.00 will be refunded once the
package is delivered and the chain-of-custody verified.
• Administrative processing fee (non-refundable): $20.00 (applies toward
handling, documentation, and compliance checks).
• Time-sensitive notice: We require authorization and payment within 24
hours. If we do not receive authorization within 24 hours, a delay fee
of $27.99 will be applied to cover additional storage and processing
created by extended hold time.
Why the delay fee exists?
The delay fee offsets the operational costs and extra handling required
to store and reprocess a held shipment. Extended holds require
additional facility resources, staff time, and documentation — the fee
helps us keep processes efficient for every customer.
