I paid a great deal of money to have my kitchen worktop repaired and have been extremely disappointed with the standard of work and terrible customer service. I talked to a rude woman who claimed to be the company COO and who basically told me where to go and just kept repeating something about NHBC guidelines.

Avoid them at all costs.

Workmanship was painstaking and very good. It was a repair we were having difficulty getting any interest in. Magicman provided a prompt and excellent service.

Good but not great.

Magicman came to fix several tiles and the service was great. However, they had to remove sealant from the bath and toilet and didn't replace it and although the crack is not visible, there's a clear "wet look" line where the crack used to be that shows that work has been done that's also visible in the grouting between the tiles.

Fine but didn't live up to expectations.

Exceeded my expectations by a mile! The result is amazing and you can't tell where the tile was damaged. They were friendly and finished in a couple of hours. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

The cat table that was mended is brilliant. You wouldn't even know that the paw was broken off completely.

Magic is the simple word for what they can do. I was absolutely gob smacked at what they achieved on my door repairs.
If i ever need any repair work doing in the future i will use these without a doubt and recommend others to do the same as you wont be disappointed.

Easy to contact the company and make an appointment. They called me when on the way and when at the house polite and professional. Job completed that same visit and window looks like new-all the scratches have gone

Really disappointed with the repair! I contacted them to show that it had gone wrong and looks like a big dirty stain, it’s also Matt texture when our work top is polished with a sheen! It’s bad to clean, leaves rings when we put cups on it, and sticks out from the rest of the worktop! It took them a full week to respond to my complaint, and they now want to send someone out in 10 days time to try and look at it! A so called senior technician! The burn we had before looked better that the repair they have done! I’ve asked them to confirm when they do come back in a further TEN days that they will be making the repair polished with a sheen, and back to it’s original condition, I’m still waiting for the reply! Would not recommend
