Worst post sales customer service experience ever!
Purchased a wallpaper from them for an international order. Wallpaper got spoilt in 7 months - when I asked them to share the design with me so I could locally get it fixed in Brazil they blatantly said no (the design was provided to them by me, they color corrected it and made it in printable resolution - that's all!). After writing to their CEO Sidd Panda they sent a mail saying they will provide design if I pay 5000 INR. Please note that they offer few hours of design service free of cost with every wallpaper and it was their wallpaper only that got spoilt and needed correction (and this being a special international case it wasn't possible to fix locally). They have zero customer empathy after sale is done - plus I have been in touch with different customer service reps (that too everyday I followup to call me back) and everyone says different things. E.g. One rep said we will need to do the design again for you hence we are charging while the other rep said that the design is already live on our website hence it's part of our intellectual property so you have to pay. Pathetic experience.

For context I paid 32k for 3 wallpapers - let's say I paid max amount for this wallpaper - 15k - even then they are charging 1/3rd fee as 'design fee' - which is basically e-mailing me a file!

The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. One of the support representatives abruptly disconnected the call while we were still in conversation, which was completely unexpected from Magic Decor. Additionally, I had to follow up multiple times to get assistance with the installation. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.

Real fast service and followup. Timely delivery within one day on request and top notch quality and installation. Keep up the good work Ritesh & Team.

Quality of material is good, but the installation was not upto the mark. The blind measurements were incorrect and they replaced that.

Service is not upto the mark, I hv to talk to atleast 5 to 6 people for getting things done..coordination needed...customer service not upto the mark

From initial to design finalisation to installation

Magic Decor is Nothing but a “ Tragic Decor”. They have charged the total payment in advance and even after 2 months they have not delivered my things though the committed delivery time is 20days. Zero updates from them and All the time we need to follow up. The Most disgusting aspect is “ They don’t have customer service agents and when you get hold of their sales agent they disconnect the call abruptly”. It is out of my thinking that how a company can operator in such a “FILTHY WAY” now a days. As on today it has been 2 months with No response. I’m planning to lodge a formal complaint against these CHEATERS.

I have placed this Order in the name of My Partner Manmeet Kaur, I made the payments from my Google Pay account 80966-68182 and I’m the one who have been following up and suffered all these days because of your Un-professional behavior. So I Place this review on behalf of US.

The company focus is only sales they will give rosy sales pitch once they job is done money is received they don’t care about the quality of product or installation , the customer support is poorest they never care to reply back NOT RECOMMENDED
Better buy from local shop vendor for better after sales service.

It is a very harrowing and bad experience in choosing the magic decor, horrible support and sales service, they set all false deadlines and expectations and none of the team members answers or responds to the text via what's up. further even if you call the customer support or the SPOC they never respond. It took 4 months, numerous calls, too many follow-ups, talking to different people to get the installation done. Moreover, still one part is pending and none of the representative is answering the calls or messages, further they sent wrong print and nobody responded back on the query raised for that, they asked to resend all measurements and color of the print and still no response till date. If you are providing this kind of support for initial installation itself, I wonder what would be the support after installation is done and any issues post that. I am still calling multiple people to get an update, be it sales, support and no one has clear idea on what is going on with my request. In the first instance they dont remember also the client name as to who is calling and what is issue, but for money they call multiple items and until unless the money is paid in full they dont start the service. Inspite of taking measurements multiple time they send you less material or they don't even send it. They say will check and call back which never happens. I believe I have made a wrong choice by chosing Magic Decor instead a local vendorwill do the servuce very perfectly and costs also will be minimal. I will never ever recommend anyone to go for Magic Decor. Nothing positive to talk about the team in magic decor. If they want to scale up they need to be excellent with support and sales and cater to the needs of the customer else they will badly suffer with the business.

We are glad with the quality of wallpaper and installation process. The customer support is also very good. A big thanks to Ashutosh for providing information and helping through the booking of installation person on a short notice.

Too much high headed attitude and I dont know how come so many 5 star reviews….yes their designs are nice but the team is not proffessional at all….I face a completely unproffessional sales team…seems their target is done and donot need any further business

Overall experience was very nice. Design process took some time due to my customisation in the design. Really love the output. Wallpaper quality was very nice.

It was a great choice of mine to have magicdecor in my house they renovated my walls in such a way that they look owoo and the quality of the material a have got and the print quality was amazing and the entire process was very nice

I had ordered 2 kinds of wallpaper,untill the advance payment was done they are continuously following up with you,after the payment they vanish until you call them several times,after which I was assigned a designer to whom I share the exact colour and pattern I want after a delay of 3 weeks and final payment he delivers another colour and different pattern..now when I am asking for a refund,they refuse you pick up the call ,even if they do ,they keep leading you on...this brand/company is not reliable and the positive reviews given in the site are definitely not genuine
